  • 35 - Intuitive Kids: Then & Now | Growing Up Intuitive with Gracie Navarro
    2026/08/13

What happens when you grow up having intuitive or spiritual experiences you don't understand—or are told aren't real?

In this episode of Intuitive Kids: Then & Now, I talk with spiritual guide and healer, Gracie Navarro, about her experiences growing up as an intuitive child, why she learned to shut down her gifts, and how she eventually reconnected with her intuition and Spirit as an adult.

We talk about childhood psychic experiences, trusting your intuition, spiritual awakening, raising intuitive and sensitive kids, and why simply listening to a child can make such a difference.

    In this episode:

    • Growing up as an intuitive child
    • Seeing and sensing Spirit as a kid
    • Fear, religion, and shutting down intuitive experiences
    • Reconnecting with intuition as an adult
    • Raising and supporting intuitive kids
    • Grounding, sensitivity, and trusting yourself

  • 34 - You Can't Make This Sh*t Up: The Tree That Fell After My Vision
    2026/08/06

A few weeks ago, I had a vision of myself telling people that a tree was going to fall. About twenty minutes later, while I was walking in the woods, a tree came crashing down, actually it was two trees.

Moments like this are hard for the logical mind to explain and comprehend (even for me), but they're often part of working with intuition and mediumship. Often, intuitive experiences don't make logical sense in the moment. It's only afterward that we can see what they were pointing to.

This experience also reminded me of something bigger: our connection to the Earth. We spend so much time moving through nature sometimes without really connecting with it. What happens when we slow down, pay attention, and actually listen? The land has its own wisdom, and I think it has a lot more to teach us than we often realize.

Maybe this story will encourage you to trust your intuition a little more, notice the signs around you, and see what happens when you become more present with the natural world.

  • 32 - Curating Your Life Through Intuition
    2026/06/27

We spend so much time trying to figure out what to do next that we rarely stop long enough to hear ourselves.

In this episode, I'm sharing an experience I had after intentionally slowing down, listening to music, and creating space to reconnect with my creativity. What started as rearranging my workspace turned into a reminder that intuition often isn't about receiving some profound message—it's about creating an environment where you can finally hear what's been there all along.

We'll talk about curating your life, making space for yourself, and the simple practices that can help you reconnect with what your soul has been quietly trying to tell you.

    Questions to think about

    • What helps you come back to yourself?
    • Where do you feel most creative or most like you?
    • Is your environment supporting the life you're trying to create?
    • What part of yourself has been waiting for your attention?
    • What have you been keeping quiet that your soul has been trying to tell you?

  • 31 - You Already Know—Now Trust It
    2026/03/26

In this episode, I talk about what it actually looks like to trust yourself—whether that’s your intuition, your connection with spirit, or just your own inner knowing in everyday life.

One of the most common questions I hear from people starting out in mediumship is: How do I know if what I’m getting is real or accurate? I break that down and share my honest experience with it.

I also walk through the small and big moments that helped me build trust over time—and give you a few practical ways to start building that trust for yourself.

    2024/04/02

Welcome to Intuitive Kids: Then & Now. In this sub series, I'll be chatting with experienced intuitives, mediums, and psychics about their childhood experiences with intuition and psychic abilities. Through these conversations, I aim to offer a sense of community and reassurance to you, the listeners that you're not alone on your spiritual journey. I hope you enjoy!

Today my guest is Emily Barnard. Emily is an Astrologist, Medium, Akashic Records reader and Intuitive Alignment mentor. She hosts a podcast called “Things That Make You Go Woo.” And she also has a membership called Third Eye Library. What I love about Emily is that she breaks down astrology in a way that is easy to understand.

    During our interview we discuss:

    • Emily’s childhood experiences and intuition, including vivid dreams, feelings of being watched, and brief moments of consciousness separation from her body.
    • How she struggled to fit in but found solace in nature and creativity.
    • How she wished she had been braver sharing her experiences with her parents and fully embracing her gifts
    • Advice for her younger self
    • How she was able to use astrology to bridge the woo and the mainstream
    • How to support intuitive children by:
      • empowering their curiosity
      • prioritizing feeling heard instead of dismissing their fears
      • seeking trusted guidance
      • room makeovers and energy
    • Finding community and understanding
    • Connection with animals
