  • Dean Allison, Shawn & Teresa Buckley | Breaking the Silence: The Allison Inquiry
    2026/08/20
Like their injured counterparts in the United States, for years Canadians who have been injured following COVID-19 vaccination have endured not only devastating physical injuries, but another painful injustice: being dismissed, disbelieved, silenced, and too often abandoned by the very systems they trusted to help them. Many have been left to navigate life-altering illness, financial hardship, and profound personal loss while fighting simply to have their experiences acknowledged. This September, the Allison Inquiry seeks to break that silence. In this episode, Canadian Member of Parliament Dean Allison, constitutional lawyer and inquiry counsel Shawn Buckley, and Teresa Buckley, who is helping organize and coordinate the inquiry, discuss why the Allison Inquiry was created and what they hope will happen when vaccine-injured Canadians finally bring their stories directly to Parliament Hill. They discuss the failures and frustrations surrounding Canada’s vaccine injury support system, the fear that still keeps some injured Canadians and medical professionals from speaking publicly, what was learned from Canada’s earlier National Citizens Inquiry, and the challenge of getting lawmakers to listen. At the heart of the Allison Inquiry is a simple but critical truth: there can be no meaningful path forward—and no rebuilding of public trust—without a willingness to have difficult and honest conversations. Ignoring the injured will not restore trust. Listening to them, acknowledging what they have endured, and being willing to confront difficult questions is where that process must begin. The Allison Inquiry will take place September 8–11, 2026, beginning each day at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, with more than 50 witnesses expected to participate over the four days. The proceedings will be livestreamed, giving people throughout Canada, the United States, and around the world the opportunity to hear these stories firsthand. 00:00 – Why Vaccine-Injured Canadians Feel Abandoned00:54 – Welcome to the React19 Podcast01:51 – Meet the Team Behind the Allison Inquiry 02:34 – What Is the Allison Inquiry — and Why Now?06:29 – How the Inquiry Will Give the Injured a Voice 08:15 – The Enormous Effort to Bring Injured Canadians to Ottawa 11:27 – Why Can’t We Talk About Vaccine Injury?~17:00 – The National Citizens Inquiry & What It Revealed21:21 – Why Some Injured Canadians Are Still Afraid to Speak 23:49 – What Makes the Allison Inquiry Different 26:50 – Will Members of Parliament Show Up and Listen? 32:31 – Why Doctors and Politicians Aren’t Talking About Vaccine Injury 38:00 – The Failure of Vaccine Injury Compensation & the Need for Change 51:45 – Is Public Opinion Finally Beginning to Change? 56:53 – What They Hope the Allison Inquiry Will Accomplish 58:31 – When, Where & How to Watch the Allison Inquiry Live Allison Inquiry https://covidtestimony.com/ On X: https://x.com/AllisonInquiry Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AllisonInquiry Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@AllisonInquiry Dean Allison: https://x.com/DeanAllisonMP https://www.facebook.com/deanallison.mp Shawn Buckley https://x.com/Shawnbuckleylaw https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61579388468476 Film Discussed: Why Can’t We Talk About This? https://raineymedia.com/video-store/ If you would like to donate to help those who have suffered so greatly:https://react19.org/donate/Every dollar goes directly to the injured! • Katy Talento | From Blocking RFK Jr. to Hacking the Systems that Control our Health
    2026/08/05
In this episode of the React 19 Podcast, We ask the question “Who is Hell is Katy Talento and why should you know about her?” And the answer is “Because she is a hero and we need more like her!” Katy Talento is a Harvard-trained epidemiologist, licensed naturopathic doctor, and CEO of All Better Health. As the top health advisor at the White House Domestic Policy Council, Katy spearheaded transformative policies to end secret health care prices across the United States, end predatory medical collections practices, lower prescription drug prices, guarantee health records access and interoperability for patients and their care teams. Katy was once the “White House Priestess” who kept RFK Jr. out of the West Wing over vaccine safety concerns. Today she publicly apologizes, shares her COVID-era awakening, explains why MAHA reforms face so much resistance inside the White House, and reveals how the healthcare system’s profit-driven incentives keep costs sky-high while harming patients. She also breaks down practical ways employers and families can escape the broken insurance model, why independent doctors and cash-pay options often deliver better outcomes at a fraction of the price, and why the best healthcare strategy is simply not needing the system in the first place. This is a conversation for everyone concerned about their health, rising medical costs, and the fight for medical freedom. • Renée Gentry, Esq.|The Vaccine Injury Compensation Modernization Act Explained
    2026/08/02
After years of overwhelming claim denials, limited benefits, virtually no transparency, and no meaningful opportunity for injured individuals to have their cases heard, the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) has left thousands of COVID-19 vaccine-injured Americans without a viable path to justice. In this episode, leading vaccine injury attorney Renée Gentry explains how the proposed Vaccine Injury Compensation Modernization Act (H.R. 9672) would move eligible COVID-19 vaccine injury claims into the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), providing access to an actual court process, attorney representation, broader compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering, as well as the opportunity to finally have their claims fairly considered. Renee also addresses who would qualify, the concerns many in the vaccine-injured community have about the legislation, the critical filing deadlines, and why supporters believe Congress must act now. Renée Gentry is a Distinguished Professorial Lecturer in Law and Director of the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic at George Washington University Law School. With more than 25 years of experience, she is one of the nation's leading experts in vaccine injury litigation and the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). Introducing Renee Gentry (00:15:02) The host introduces guest Renee Gentry, a leading expert in vaccine injury litigation, to discuss the new legislation. Renee Gentry's Background and Expertise (00:17:14) Renee Gentry shares her 25 years of experience in vaccine injury law and her advocacy work on Capitol Hill. The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) Explained (00:19:04) Gentry explains the history and purpose of the VICP, established in the 1980s for childhood vaccine injuries. How the VICP Works (00:20:46) A description of the VICP's legal process, including table injuries, compensation types, and the right to sue manufacturers. The Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) (00:22:52) Gentry contrasts the VICP with the CICP, describing the latter as ineffective and designed to deny compensation for COVID injuries. Why COVID Vaccines Aren't in the VICP (00:30:07) Discussion on why COVID-19 vaccines were placed in the CICP and the legal obligation to move them to the VICP. How the New Legislation Helps (00:32:05) The bill allows all COVID-19 vaccine injury claims, even those previously rejected or never filed, to move to the VICP. Concerns About Non-Table Injuries (00:35:15) Addressing fears that only a limited list of injuries will be compensated, clarifying that non-table injuries can still be pursued. Comparing VICP to Civil Litigation (00:35:59) Gentry explains why the VICP offers a better chance for compensation than civil litigation due to a lower burden of proof. Addressing Criticisms of the VICP (00:39:56) Discussion of delays and other criticisms of the VICP, and how the new legislation aims to fix them. The Role of Special Masters (00:41:46) An explanation of what Special Masters are and how the new bill increases their numbers to speed up the process. Compensation and Attorney's Fees (00:47:53) Details on uncapped economic damages, life care plans, and how attorney's fees are paid separately by the program. Finding a Qualified Attorney (00:49:44) Advice on how to find an experienced attorney through the Vaccine Injury Petitioner's Bar Association (VIP Bar). Understanding Compensation Payouts (00:53:24) Clarification on how compensation for lost wages and future medical care is calculated and paid out, often through annuities. The Statute of Limitations for COVID Claims (00:58:49) Explaining the eight-year lookback period for filing claims and the urgency for passing the legislation before the window closes. Addressing the Fear of Being Left Out (01:03:18) Gentry offers reassurance to the injured, acknowledging their mistreatment and emphasizing the bill's goal to provide a fair hearing. The Ability to Sue Civilly (01:08:24) Clarification that while the VICP normally allows for civil ...
