  • Are you cockblocking your own success?
    2026/10/19

How often are you the person getting in your own fucking way?

You say you want the thing.

More money. A better business. More confidence. More experiences. A bigger life.

Then, somehow, you find yourself doing everything except the thing that might actually get you there.

I’ve realised I’ve done this for years.

And the weirdest part? Sometimes it looked like I was being productive.

Planning. Designing. Learning. Changing ideas. Getting ready.

    When really, I was hiding.

In this episode, I talk about why we cockblock our own success, what we might actually be getting from avoiding the scary stuff, and the slightly uncomfortable realisation that self-awareness means fuck all if we never do anything with it.

Because maybe you don’t need to stop having the thought.

Maybe you just need to stop automatically obeying it.

  • Stop checking If you’re fixed yet
    2026/10/12

What if constantly checking whether you’ve changed is actually getting in the way of changing?

In this episode, I talk about self-awareness becoming self-criticism, why uncomfortable feelings don’t always need fixing, and why progress might not mean never feeling anxious, scared or doubtful again.

Sometimes the change is simply in what you do when it shows up.

Maybe you don’t need to keep pulling the plant out of the soil to check whether it’s growing.

    Give yourself a minute mate.

  • What are you waiting for?
    2026/10/05
    What are you waiting for?

I’ve always thought confidence came before the scary thing.

Turns out, most of mine came afterwards.

This week I’m talking about the things we keep putting in the “one day” pile, the quiet ways we wait for permission without realising it, and the difference between what you’re waiting for and what you actually need.

Maybe you don’t need to feel more ready.

Maybe you just need to make the next move.

    Much love ❤️

  • What does wealth look like to you?
    2026/09/28

We’re shown a pretty loud version of wealth online.

But what if your version is a bit quieter?

    More time with your family.

    Doing work you actually enjoy.

Not thinking twice about the food shop.

Having enough space in your week for the things you love.

Mine involves being able to walk around Marks & Sparks with a trolley and absolutely lose the run of myself.

This week, I’m talking about getting clear on what you’re actually building all of this for, and making sure you don’t accidentally lose it while you’re busy trying to create it.

Your wealth doesn’t need to look impressive to anyone else. It just needs to feel like wealth to you.

  • What if you're allowed to get it wrong?
    2026/09/21

I heard a sentence on the first day of my coaching course that I haven't stopped thinking about..

This is a safe place to get things wrong.

Because how much time do we waste trying to make sure we're right before we're willing to do anything?

A quick one today about getting things wrong, being seen getting things wrong, and why sometimes you've just got to have a go.

Also, my voice is absolutely hanging on. Enjoy 😂

My dear Friend Alex Brown go and say hi, she's lush.

  • Why did you start your business in the first place?
    2026/09/13

Probably not just to hit an arbitrary monthly revenue target.

Maybe you wanted to make more money.

    Help more people.

    Have more freedom.

    Give your family more options.

Create something you were proud of.

    But businesses change.

    Life changes.

    And you change.

The things that helped you get here might not be the things you need for the next season.

In this episode, I talk about what I actually mean by Quiet Wealth, why making loads of money is absolutely part of it, and why it's worth checking that the way you're running your business still makes sense for the life you're trying to build.

    Three questions to think about..

What does wealth look like for me now?

What season am I actually in?

Does the way I'm running my business make sense for that?

You don't need my version of a wealthy life.

You need to work out yours.

  • Doubt doesn’t always look like doubt.
    2026/09/04

Doubt doesn’t always look like doubt.

Sometimes it looks like rewriting the post for the 14th time.

    Checking who liked it.

    Changing the offer again.

    Putting off the conversation.

Working harder because you’re not sure what you’re already doing is working.

In this episode, I talk about what business doubt can actually look like, why it isn’t always something you need to get rid of, and how to spot when it’s giving you useful information… versus when it’s quietly making your decisions for you.

Because sometimes doubt is worth listening to.

And sometimes it’s the reason you still haven’t done the thing.

  • Some of this is meant to be hard
    2026/08/31

There’s a difference between something being hard because it matters…

and making it ten times harder in your own head.

That’s what this episode is about.

Quiet Wealth isn’t about making business easy. It’s about making sure the hard bits are worth it.

    Have a listen, mate ❤️
