  • (#505) 6 Habits That Quietly Changed My Life.
    2026/08/05

On today's episode of The Queen of Pep Talks, Jessica breaks down the small, quiet habits behind her biggest life transformations — from paying off debt to losing 100 pounds to becoming binge free. She unpacks why none of it happened from one big decision, but from tiny, repeated ones: keeping promises to herself, designing her environment instead of relying on motivation, and asking "what would the woman I'm becoming do?" before every choice.

  • (#503) Why You Keep Becoming the Old Version of Yourself.
    2026/07/15

Why do you keep slipping back into old habits even after a great week?

In this episode of The Queen of Pep Talks, Jessica breaks down why self-sabotage isn't really about discipline — it's about familiarity. She explains why your brain craves what's familiar over what's healthy, why every new version of you feels uncomfortable at first, and why growth isn't about becoming someone new but uncovering who you already are underneath fear.

Jessica also shares how identity changes one decision at a time, and why the question to ask isn't "did I mess up," but "who am I becoming." If you've ever wondered why good habits don't stick, this episode will change how you think about change itself.

  • (#502) When I Stopped Doing This, I Became Happier.
    2026/07/08

For a long time, I believed happiness was waiting for me somewhere in the future.

    After I lost the weight.
    After life slowed down.
After everything finally fell into place.

But over the years, I realized my life didn't become happier because I added more.

It became happier because I let go of the beliefs, habits, and thought patterns that were keeping me stuck.

In this episode, I'm sharing five decisions that completely changed the way I experience my life—from letting go of the need to control everything to separating responsibility from blame, releasing perfectionism, and learning that happiness isn't something you find... it's something you practice.

If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're constantly waiting for life to begin, I hope this conversation encourages you to stop waiting and start living the life that's already happening around you.

If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to share it with a friend, leave a review, and tag me on Instagram so I can hear what spoke to you most. XO

  • (#501) WTF, 2026?
    2026/06/17

Can we just be honest for a second?

2026 is indeed *not* better than 2025 like everyone promised me it would be, lol.

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain and sharing some of the things I've been struggling with lately—from relationship challenges and business stress to friendship changes, disappointment, uncertainty, and the realization that somewhere along the way, I became really good at documenting everything that was wrong.

    The problems.
    The stress.
    The things I couldn't control.

And while all of those things were real, I realized something else:

I had stopped noticing all the things that are still soooo beautiful.

The parts of my life I love.
    The moments worth appreciating.
The evidence that my life is actually pretty incredible, even in the midst of chaos around me.

If 2026 has also felt heavy for you...
If you've been focusing more on what's wrong than what's right...
If you've been waiting for "someday" to start enjoying your life...

    This episode is for you.

Because maybe you don't need a better life right now.

Maybe you just need to become better at noticing the life you already have. XO

    JOIN THE GOOD LIFE.
