• Chewy Schroeder: A Conversation We Never Planned to Share (Advice From Our Future Selves) | Ep. 186
    2026/01/23

When we recorded this, the intention wasn’t content—it was perspective. This was a conversation we wanted to save for ourselves, something to listen back to years from now and remember who we were in this season of life.

We talk honestly about the life experiences that shaped us, the moments that forced growth, and the paths that led us to where we are today. We also reflect on what we think our older selves would say to us—what advice they’d give, what they’d warn us about, and what they’d remind us not to forget.

This episode is raw, reflective, and deeply personal. If you’re in a season of building, questioning, or becoming—this conversation might hit closer than expected.

    2025/10/25

In this episode, I sit down with Tyler Muhonen, a 20-year-old D2D sales rep who’s made more money and built more momentum than most people twice his age- but his story isn’t about success, it’s about transformation.

For most of his life, Tyler battled deep depression and suicidal thoughts- even sharing the moment he called the suicide hotline. He comes from a loving family, but admits that for a long time, his ego and desire for independence kept him from accepting that love.

He shares how he’s no longer living with depression and how he built the life he has today from that dark place.

This conversation is about the power of being around the right people, what can happen when you let yourself be loved, and how faith and community can completely change your life. Tyler’s story is an example of how everything can turn around in a short time.

  • The Biggest Lesson I Learned from Running 100 Miles (People Matter) | Ep. 179
    2025/10/07

This episode is all about the biggest lesson I learned from running 100 miles — and it’s not about running.

    It’s about people.

This race would’ve been completely different if I did it alone. Training with Caleb every day for seven months, having my mom, my sister, Jeremy, and our families there to support us — that’s what made this experience what it was.

At mile 50, I hit my wall. I didn’t want to go any further. And that’s when Jeremy jumped in and ran 12 miles with me. Those miles changed everything. That moment reminded me why having the right people around you matters so much.
