Dr. Christine Waasdorp Hurtado, pediatric gastroenterologist at Children’s Hospital Colorado (ranked #3 for Pediatric GI hospital in the nation by U.S. News), aspired to be part of the medical field from an early age. Her journey to working for the top pediatric GI hospital wasn’t an easy path, however.
