  • TPM Episode 500: Seth Morrison, Part 2, The Final Podcast
    2026/08/31

Seth Morrison is my final and my most important podcast guest over the past 10 years. Welcome to episode 500 where Seth answers the questions we all want to know regarding his progression, his relationships with people like McConkey, his prolific pro career, the "cowardly" way he describes it ending, and a lot more. It's the last podcast with the legend, the myth, the ghost, the icon that is Seth Morrison. And, legends and Ski Hall of Famers Kent Kreitler, Chris Davenport, Mike Douglas, and Brad Holmes ask the Inappropriate Questions and snowboard legend Jeremy Jones makes a guest appearance.

  • TPM Episode 499: Seth Morrison, Legendary Skier
    2026/08/24

Seth Morrison is the ski icon that I wanted to launch this podcast with 10 years ago, but Seth doesn't do interviews. He told me no for 3 years and I stopped bothering him. I gave it one last shot a few months ago and Seth said yes! Now, I'm able to end the 500-episode run of The Powell Movement with my favorite, every pro's favorite, every fan's favorite, and every industry person's favorite pro skier, Seth Morrison. This is the Sid Vicious looking ski pioneer that brought high consequence tricks to the backcountry, went bigger than everyone, and got the loudest cheers at all the movie premieres. In part one we talk about the early days and Pep Fujas, Lhotse Merriam Hawk, and Mike Jaquet ask the Inappropriate Questions.

    Seth Morrison Show Notes:

3:00: Why podcast, early days, family, skiing, warming, and Vail

  • TPM Episode 498: Rory Bushfield, Legendary Pro Skier/Personality
    2026/08/17

Rory Bushfield is one of my favorite skiers/personalities, and I loved parts 1 and two of his podcast so much that I had to record a third time with Bushy Wayne before I close out the Powell Movement. Rory and I have already talked about a lot of important skiing history. Since we last recorded, Rory went viral with a Monster funded aviation stunt, and then he had a life altering accident that changed everything. While accepting life in a new body could crush some, Bushy still has that "blow it if you got it" mentality and he's already pushing the limits of what's possible in his new existence. On the podcast we talk about Bushland, death, grief, flying, the accident, and a whole lot more. Roy Tuscany asks the Inappropriate Questions.

    Rory Bushfield Show Notes:

3:00: Shane Szocs, death, 9 lives, pushing people to their limits, Danny Trejo, and Bushyland

20:00: Elan Skis: Over 75 years of innovation that makes you better.

39:00: New body, same Bushy, his many unique vehicles, Jet packs, and what's next

  • TPM Episode 497: Zeb Powell, Pro Snowboarder, Culture-Shifter
    2026/08/10

Zeb Powell is the present and future of style in snowboarding and this week, it's a Powell-on-Powell episode aka Two Powell's One Pod. Like everyone, I've been blown away by what Zeb does on a 200cm+ board, off a knuckle, the vibe he brings to snowboarding,, and his creativity. I've wanted to get him on the show for a long time, and I'm stoked he's my last snowboard guest. On the podcast, we talk about Brand Jordan, NC, his family, his path, Stratton, X, and so much more. I'm closing out snowboarding with a legend in the making and Zeb doesn't disappoint.

  • TPM Episode 496: Markus Eder, Italian Olympian, FWT World Champion, Legend
    2026/08/03

Markus Eder is the final European skier on the podcast and he's arguably the most important. Markus's career took off after he won an internet wild card to Nine Knights in 2010, then it exploded even more at Red Bull Linecatcher, and if that wasn't enough, he lit the web on fire with his 2021 "The Ultimate Run" release. Honestly, Markus may be the most versatile skier I've ever had on the podcast. A bold statement but the guy was a slopestyle athlete on the Italian Olympic team in Sochi in 2014, he's a film skier that consistently puts out segments, he was a Freeride World Tour athlete who won the whole tour in 2019, and he's spent the past two seasons standing on the podium at Travis Rice's prestigious Natural Selection events. I've been trying to get Markus on the show for years and this timed perfectly for him to give his opinions on FIS, federations, and the Olympics. Red Bull. Volkl, and "Legs of Steel" partner in crime, Paddy Graham asks the Inappropriate Questions.

    Markus Eder Show Notes:

3:00: Knee, Olympics, how it used to be, no coaching, Italian Team issues, and freeride in the Olympics

22:00: Elan Skis: Over 75 years of innovation that makes you better.

23:00: Will this impact film skiers, passion and style, his parents, racing, skiing year-round, knowing nothing about the new school, snowblading with snowboarders, and twin tips

42:00: Outdoor Research: The best is developed and tested in the brutal conditions the PNW and beyond

43:00: Nine Knights, Palmer skis, Line Catcher, MSP Movement, The Ultimate Run, and FWT, and more but I forgot to keep taking notes

78:00: Inappropriate Questions with Paddy Graham

  • TPM Episode 495: Eric Pollard, Skiing Visionary, Legend
    2026/07/27

Eric Pollard has had a bigger impact than almost anyone in skiing over the last 25 years. From being one of the pioneering switch and rail riders of the late 90's, to his mind-blowing ski designs, to his 20 years of video parts, to his award-winning media company Nimbus Independent, to the ski company he started (and was recently bought out of) Season, Eric Pollard has always been a visionary. And like many visionaries, a lot of his ideas were made fun of and misunderstood before they became cool mainstream. I've been trying to get Eric on the show for 10 years and this is truly a podcast with a living legend. Another legend, Andy Mahre, asked the Inappropriate Questions.

    Pollard Show Notes:

3:00: Season, child Hood, skiing, art, sports, ski racing, summer, snowboarding, no poles,

22:00: Elan Skis: Over 75 years of innovation that makes you better.

    23:00: Style, racing, and Line

42:00: Outdoor Research: The best is developed and tested in the brutal conditions the PNW and beyond

43:00: Ski design, people not understanding what he was building, early films, Idea, Nimbus, his leg injury, "Drawn from Here" and not owning Season anymore

78:00: Inappropriate Questions with Andy Mahre

  • TPM Episode 494: Lisa Hudson, Action Sports Visionary
    2026/07/20

Lisa Hudson was a professional beach volleyball player and champion for women's volleyball before she started blazing a trail for women in action sports. Starting with the gravy days of Airwalk in the early 90's, Lisa has always been a proven people connector who's fought for her fellow women because she could. From starting the first women's outerwear brand (Prom) and co-founding Boarding for Breast Cancer, to ensuring Hall of Fame athletes like Shannon Dunn and Tina Basich had a path in snowboarding, to making sure women and brands were included in her video game projects, Lisa's career has not only been successful, she's been a force for women in sports and her story is important and heavy at times. Luke Edgar asks the Inappropriate Questions

    Lisa Hudson Show Notes:

3:00: Olympics, volleyball, Airwalk, lifestyle, and athletes

20:00: Elan Skis: Over 75 years of innovation that makes you better.

  • TPM Episode 493: Glen Plake Grand Finale
    2026/07/13

Glen Plake is the most legendary, the most known skier of our time—maybe of all time—and I've interviewed him more than anyone. But this podcast series couldn't end without a final Plake episode, and this one was timed perfectly, the day after Freeride was named an Olympic sport. You can bet Glen has a strong opinion about that, and we also talk about FIS, SIA, skiing, life, Kimberley, and so much more. It's another fun episode with a living legend and I get some new stories out of Glen.

Elan Trip of a Lifetime Show Notes:

3:00: Goon Squad, FIS, cultural tobacco and clean living

20:00: Elan Skis: Over 75 years of innovation that makes you better.

    Motu Truck Caps

22:00: Speedo's, his neck, trash, collar shirt, money, and Kimberley

40:00: Outdoor Research: The best is developed and tested in the brutal conditions the PNW and beyond

41:00: Plake style, living above and below 6k feet, his dad, would he have changed anything, product and brand involvement, attention, autographs, and what's next
