    Jo is a clinical & coaching psychologist who works with people to achieve valued life goals, find meaning and live well. She works with professionals experiencing mental illness, burnout, or significant stress. With over 25 years sport industry experience, Jo has a focus on working with high performers, particularly managing work and life transitions, mental illness and wellbeing. Jo has expertise in wellbeing science – including positive psychology, ACT and mindfulness – and completed her PhD in this field. She loves technology and led the team behind MindMax, a digital resilience and wellbeing app, with AFL Players, Movember and QUT. Jo is on the Board of Action for Happiness Australia.

Her 30-year career has led to her focus on designing and implementing high impact, enduring, client-tailored approaches to leadership development that are evidence and mindfulness-based. Her academic profile includes a science degree, an MBA , a Masters of Coaching, and a PhD titled “ Leadership in Uncertainty: The Mindfulness Solution”.

Yannick Jacob is an Existential Coach (MA), Positive Psychologist (MSc), Coach Trainer & Supervisor (DIP) and Mediator (SPCP Dispute Resolution). He’s the Program Director of the Accredited Certificate in Integrative Coaching at the School of Positive Transformation, for which he’s gathered many of the world’s most influential coaches, and until 2018 he was the Programme Leader of the MSc Coaching Psychology and faculty at the University of East London's popular MAPPCP programme (MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology).


    Furthermore, Yannick is part of the teaching faculties at The School of Life, Animas Centre for Coaching and the International Centre for Coaching Supervision. Yannick presents at conferences internationally and his book, An Introduction to Existential Coaching, was published by Routledge, the world’s leading academic publisher.
