  • God Hears My Prayers and Petitions
    2026/09/02

In this week's episode, teens are encouraged to pray even when they do not see the tangible manifestation of their prayers. This is because God hears our prayers and petitions, and He is always working behind the scenes.

Prayer was never optional, and children and teens are not exempt from praying. Our consistent prayers should not be dependent on speedy answers, but on authentic relationship with the Father.

Since God created us to be in communion with Him, we are required to do so in constant communication with Him. This is through prayer.

Teens are also encouraged to send prayers into their future. This is done by praying the very things they would like to see in their future, while they are still in the present. Prayer is not limited by geographical locations. Prayer can transcend years, decades and generations. Teens do not have to wait until they are adults to pray for their adulthood. They can do so right now.

This episode was filled with a lot of biblical wisdom to help teens navigate their prayer life intentionally. As you listen, I pray this episode blesses you. And if it does, please feel free to follow, like, and share the podcast with your friends and family. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha, I'll see you on the other side.

  • Committing To God Above All Else
    2026/08/28

In this week's episode, we discussed the topic: committing to God above all else. When teens commit to God they are putting God above their gadgets, their relationships and anything that would want to compete for their undivided attention that is contrary to their godly morals and values.

Teens are encouraged to get busy in the things of the Lord so they won't have time for the things of the world. Teens are also given examples of ministries and clubs they can start within their church as a way to develop their gifting and also to disciple other teens for the kingdom of God.

This episode is packed with valuable information to help teens navigate their Christian walk.

As you listen in, I pray this episode is a blessing to you. And if it is, please feel free to follow, like and share the podcast with your friends and families. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha. I'll see you on the other side.

  • Intentional Intimacy: Not a Carnal One
    2026/08/22

In this week's episode, we looked at intentional Intimacy and the importance of teens to seek an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit.

While teenage years are sometimes marked by rebellion which may include non-committal sexual intimacy, teens are encouraged to seek a stronger, more meaningful intimacy, which is intimacy with the Lord.

Although we live in a world where parents and other adults tend to put a limit on the relationship teens can have with the Lord, the truth is that the Lord uses anyone that is submitted to Him.

As you listen in to this week's episode, I pray that it will be a blessing to you. And if it has, please feel free to like, follow, and share the podcast with your family and friends. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms. Neisha. I'll see you on the other side.

  • Breaking Bad Habits To Commune With God
    2026/08/14

In this week's episode we looked at the importance of breaking bad habits to commune with God. According to research, a habit takes 18 days to be formed, and while some teens have formed healthy habits that are beneficial to their adolescent lives, there are others who have formed bad habits that are keeping them outside the perfect will of God.

As for me, I would have formed a habit of sleeping in late on the weekends because going to school so early during the weekdays had really drained me. With that said, it meant that my prayer time looked a little different on weekends, but our fellowship and communion with God should not suffer because of the unhealthy habits we have created. If something can be created, it can also be destroyed. Therefore, teens are encouraged to break those habits that stands in the way of their relationship with the Lord.

As you listen in, I pray this episode blesses you. And if it does, please feel free to follow, like and share the podcast with your friends and family. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha, I'll see you on the other side.

  • Meeting With God on a Daily Basis
    2026/08/06

In this week's episode, we looked at the topic 'Meeting With God on a Daily Basis.' It is critical that teens know the importance of prioritizing God above all else. Although the life of a teen can and may get busy, teens are encouraged to put God first and not to allow the cares of this world, with the advancement of technology be the reason to abandon the presence of God. God will not exempt them because of an ever changing society.

Teens are to be grounded. They were challenged to make a list of things that are important to them and things that are not. This is a practical way of showing them what really matters to their life. God is not a distant God with a long stick waiting to point out their mistake. Instead, He is a loving father who desires a relationship with teenagers too. Spending time with God in prayer may not always look like getting the spiritually eloquent words, but seeking God from a genuine place where even our layman terms are understood by Him.

As you listen in, I pray that this episode is a blessing to you. And if it is, feel free to follow, like and share the podcast with a family or friend. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha, I'll see you on the other side.

  • I Can Share My Secrets With God
    2026/07/30

In this week's episode, teens are encouraged to confide in God as opposed to mere men. When our friends and family spill our secrets, Jesus never will. Our secrets are safe with Him. He will never reveal them unless it is for our deliverance or healing.

When teens see Jesus as that friend with whom they can share their secrets, they will begin to build and maintain a personal relationship with Him. And that is the goal; to have a personal relationship with the Lord. Teens can serve the Lord too, and in this episode, they are encouraged to do so by first seeing Christ as the faithful, loyal friend who has their best interest at heart.

As you listen in I hope this is a blessing to you, and if it is, please feel free to follow, like, and share the podcast with your friends and family. Until next time this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha, I'll see you on the other side.

  • Rebellious Yet Prayerful. Can God Still Use Me?
    2026/07/25

Teenage years are probably the most difficult to understand by both parents and teens. It is that period of development where teens feel the need to push boundaries, challenge every rule and explore rebellion in its entirety. It is that stage where teens want to discover things far above their level of development and maturity. Despite their relentless pursuit of opposition and rebellion, God is raising up a remnant of teens who will reclaim their generation and be an example to those around them. And while God is working on and in them, parents, teacher and guardians are encouraged to display patience and show respect to their teens because doing the opposite will push them further away. Teens are humans too and the very challenge that they are going through are as new to them as it is to the adults around them. Therefore, approaching them with respect as well as seeking the Lord for direction on how to navigate the teen-season, is essential if adults desire to live harmoniously with them.

As you listen in I pray this episode is a blessing to you, and if it is, feel free to follow, subscribe and share the podcast with your loved ones. Maybe there is a teacher, parent or guardian out there that this could be of great benefit to. Thank you so much for listening and until next time this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha I'll see you on the other side!

  • The Fruit of Intentionality
    2026/06/18

In this week's episode which is our season finale, we closed the curtains down by looking at the fruit of Intentionality.

For the past couple of weeks we have dug deep into examining intentionality; the death and humility, the pruning and shaping, the wisdom and knowledge, rising to the occasion with wisdom and discipline, and everything in between. It has truly been a remarkable journey dissecting the different parts of what it means to live an intentional life.

So this week as we wrap up the intentional season, we concluded by looking at the Fruit of Intentionality; the lights that will eventually start shining on you, the demand for your gift and talent, time, resources, advice and presence. Yes! It will come, but it is important to be grounded before it comes for the enemy will seize any opportunity he gets to overturn your success.

As you anticipate the light of God's glory that is about to radiate upon your life, stay at His feet. Remember the process you had to go through, and be vigilant and prayerful. Now the ball is in your court, what will you do with all the knowledge, wisdom and experiences you have gained? Now is your time to live an intentional life of greatness in Jesus' name!

If this episode has been a blessing to you, feel free to follow, like and share the podcast with your friends and family. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms. Neisha. Thank you for listening and I'll see you on the other side!
