This week on the People First Podcast we have a very special guest from our local area - personal trainer and guide runner Donard Nyamjua! Donard works with Paralympic athletes as well as everyday people at PureGym in Keighley, helping to support people with disabilities to work out and making exercising accessible for lots of disabilities. We have lots of sporty and gym-going members at PFKC so we were all very excited to speak to him about his work!
