It's been two years. TWO YEARS. And I am so giddy to be back with you again.

When I left, I was at the end of myself. Burned out in every single area — mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. I could not keep going the way I was going. So I stopped. I didn't know how long the break would be, I just knew I needed one.

Here's what you missed: a 7-week sabbatical where I basically became a couch zombie for two weeks before slowly coming back to life. A holistic doctor and supplements that fixed my adrenals. Counseling for the first time in my life (turns out I had a false sense of urgency and a serious perfectionism problem). And then, when I came back to work, watching most of my client base walk out the door.

Today, I'm telling you the whole story: the heartbreaking decision to downsize my team, the leap of faith into a completely new offer, the pregnancy I found out about in the middle of the mess, and how God took a business I had fully let go of and multiplied it into something I never could've planned. We went from 3 clients to 18 in eight months. I did not build that. I just said yes to the next step, over and over.

So let's catch up! I chat about where I've been, what broke, what got rebuilt, and why I'm finally back here doing this podcast as an actual peaceful entrepreneur instead of just claiming to be one.
