This podcast series is a collaboration between the Lancashire Post, Blog Preston and Central Radio and has been brought to you with the support of our friends 'Cosy Homes in Lancashire' who provide free grants, support and advice towards a greener, warmer home.

Also in this episode Gilly talks to Jenny Patel who runs her own Bollywood dancing group in the city and we hear from David Clayton, founder of 'Wot Wud U Do' which is a local youth organisation helping to support young people with education through engagement.
