In this episode we talk with the legendary Eddie Tadlock. Eddie has curated all of the ArtPrize entries that have been displayed in DeVos Place since the competition began. He has a history of picking winners.

He is an art aficionado and he is well read and well travelled. When he is not appreciating art, listening to live jazz music around town, or on a jet, he is the Assistant General Manager of Legends Global, the company that manages DeVos Place, Van Andel Arena, The Accrisure Amphitheater, and the new soccer stadium.

Birgit Klohs is the former CEO of The Right Place. The organization offers business support services in the Grand Rapids area. Through its history The Right Place has spurred more than $6 Billion in investments and 50,000 new jobs in the area, much of that occurred under Birgit's watch.

Birgit is now serves as the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of the New Community Transformation Fund, an organization that is providing greater access to capital and support services to entrepreneurs who have not historically been able to access them.

Birgit says, "I have not retired, I have rewired." She has had a front row seat for ArtPrize since even before it was launched. She is a huge fan of art and she is in a unique position to have observed the economic impact that Artprize has had on the region.

Richard App is difficult to describe. He is at once creative and logical. An entrepreneur from an early age, App has a mature sense of how to connect people with ideas. In his recent role as Retail, Retention and Attraction Specialist, a job that was funded in a partnership between The City of Grand Rapids and the GR Chamber of Commerce, App is credited with bringing many new businesses to the city and helping other business owners thrive.
He is also one of the artists that brought us "Nessie" during ArtPrize 1.

More than anything, App has a deep love and commitment for Grand Rapids, its people, and its progress. He sees ArtPrize as a catalyst for a lot of that.
