    Hello, welcome to day 16 of 21 days with Rumi. Today is a meditation to remind you of your own divine essence. It is an invitation to step out of the mind and back into the heart and soul. It is a reminder that you are the entire universe in creative embodiment – and that you are the alchemist of your own life.

    When we step out of the mind and into the soul, we breathe colour back into our lives and souls. Life suddenly becomes magical, radiant, and alive. Connecting back in with our soul and the wonder of the universe raises our energetic vibration—it puts us on a higher frequency that transmits joy, radiance, wholeness, abundance, and trust.

    So attune to the frequency of this meditation – make it your truth – and invite yourself to completely unbecome so that you can become.
