After May’s vision-healing vibes, we have June, a 7 Universal month for crown chakra (oneness) healing.

7 looks like a cliff. Take the leap of faith and open your wings. It’s time for rapid ascension and spiritual lessons.

Things to do: Teach what you wish to master, trust in your hard-won life experiences, guide others through big life lessons, be discerning with your relationships, give yourself a Soul promotion and step into the LIGHT.

Giraffe brings blessings to us in June. She sees the big picture yet stays grounded, is a gentle giant who kicks butt, and is proud of her unique appearnace. Call in Giraffe for heartfelt solutions to challenges you are chewing over. Her energy is bold.

Dear Angels, here’s your May forecast. The truth is rising, as is the Divine Mother and her forces of nature.

After April, one of the biggest turning points this year/ a portal for throat chakra healing, we have May – a 6 month of third eye opening, mental health resets and family evolution.

6 looks like a pregnancy or food baby, it’s all about growing your ideas fully!

Things to do: save your sanity, be of service to your community, clean up your sleep and diet, celebrate your body, clear intergenerational patterns, re-establish work/ life balance and bring your animal/ wild instincts back.

On that note, Black Jaguar came into my meditation today (try my animal totem track below to find your guide/s). She has a 33/6 Master Healer vibe and is a radical leader who has conquered her fears of the shadows/ underworld/ death. Perfect for these uncertain times…

Things to avoid: being the bottleneck/ control freak/ scaredy cat, staying silent in cult-like situations, rushing yourself into decisions (that’s violence), letting others speak for, or down to you, ignoring your conscience/ body.
