NoSo Takeover rolls into Brooklyn as JT, Aaron and Jenny revisit NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV, held August 18, 2018 at the Barclays Center!

The bitter rivalry between Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano reaches another level as the former best friends battle for the NXT Championship in a Last Man Standing Match. With Aleister Black out of the originally scheduled triple threat, Gargano gets another opportunity to take the title — and everything — away from Ciampa.

The crew breaks down the latest chapter of the Gargano-Ciampa saga and whether it lives up to their unforgettable battles in New Orleans and Chicago.

Plus, Adam Cole defends the NXT North American Championship against Ricochet in a spectacular showdown, while The Undisputed Era battles Moustache Mountain for the NXT Tag Team Championship.

JT, Aaron and Jenny also dig into Kairi Sane challenging Shayna Baszler for the NXT Women’s Championship, Velveteen Dream vs. EC3, the red-hot Brooklyn crowd, and another loaded night from the heart of NXT’s Black & Gold era.

How does Brooklyn IV stack up against the three previous Brooklyn TakeOvers? Where does this chapter of Gargano vs. Ciampa rank in their legendary rivalry? And which matches still hold up eight years later?

The Monday Night Wars hit another wild week as Wrestling War Zone returns! On episode 166, Chad & JT break down WWF Raw is War and WCW Monday Nitro from October 20, 1997, with Survivor Series approaching for the WWF and WCW just six days away from Halloween Havoc.

On Raw is War, former WCW star Jeff Jarrett makes his return to the WWF and immediately grabs the microphone for a memorable worked-shoot promo. Jarrett takes aim at Eric Bischoff and WCW before turning his attention toward his own WWF past — and firing shots at Vince McMahon, Shawn Michaels and Stone Cold Steve Austin in the process.

Meanwhile, the war between D-Generation X and the Hart Foundation continues to intensify. Shawn Michaels battles Owen Hart, while Bret Hart takes on Faarooq with DX and the Nation of Domination adding even more chaos to the proceedings. And, of course, Stone Cold Steve Austin isn't far away, delivering another Stunner as his showdown with Owen Hart for the Intercontinental Championship at Survivor Series draws closer.

The Undertaker also addresses Kane, making it clear that despite everything Paul Bearer and his brother have done, he still refuses to fight his own flesh and blood.

Over on WCW Monday Nitro, it's the final stop before Halloween Havoc 1997, and the nWo finds itself on the receiving end of a little chaos for a change. Hollywood Hogan, Eric Bischoff and the nWo try to figure out who's hunting them as Sting, Roddy Piper and Diamond Dallas Page loom over the show.

The night ends with Scott Hall battling Scott Steiner, only for nWo trickery to lead to another wild scene involving Piper, DDP and finally the real Sting.

Elsewhere, Eddie Guerrero defends the Cruiserweight Championship against Chris Benoit, Curt Hennig defends the United States Championship against Dean Malenko, Lex Luger battles Booker T, and Goldberg destroys Wrath in just seconds before issuing a simple warning: “Who's next?”

Chad & JT break down:

• Jeff Jarrett's WWF return and controversial promo • DX vs. the Hart Foundation • Shawn Michaels vs. Owen Hart • Bret Hart vs. Faarooq • Stone Cold Steve Austin's road back to the ring • Undertaker refusing to fight Kane • The final Nitro before Halloween Havoc 1997 • Sting, Piper & DDP turning the tables on the nWo • Eddie Guerrero vs. Chris Benoit • Curt Hennig vs. Dean Malenko • Goldberg's explosive win and the emergence of “Who's Next?” • Which company won the week in the Monday Night Wars

DX is pushing every boundary. Austin is closing in on Owen. Jarrett is back. Goldberg is starting to become Goldberg. And Sting is coming for the nWo.

Join Chad & JT as Wrestling War Zone continues its week-by-week journey through the rapidly changing wrestling landscape of 1997.
