  • The Love Of Community, Singing, & Postpartum Care With Lindsay Gosse
    2026/04/11

Lindsay Gosse (The e is silent) is a former elite athlete, coach, and educator who spent more than 15 years teaching science, health, and physical education. As a lifelong competitor, she guided students in the classroom, led teams to multiple national championships, and earned accolades of her own as a university-level athlete, triathlete, and dedicated wellness enthusiast.

When she became a mother in 2018, everything shifted. Her own postpartum journey revealed a glaring truth: in our modern culture, mothers are left unseen and unsupported during one of the most tender and transformative times of life. Answering that call, she left behind her former and successful teaching career and created Full Bloom Care, a postpartum doula business that offers postpartum education, planning and in-home and virtual care. She now walks alongside women and families as a postpartum doula, bringing her skills as a teacher into educating others on how to truly care for mothers.

Her work as a doula is also woven into the understanding of the importance of a thriving community. To foster connection for women in her community she leads song circles. Singing in Full Bloom, is a way for women, mothers, and their little ones to gather and support one another, fostering connection and joy.

Lindsay is devoted to closing the gap in postpartum care and reminding us all that when mothers are cared for, families and communities thrive

  • Protecting Our Peace-Twins Levi & Abigail Born At Home. Traditional Birth Companion Series
    2026/03/30

A little bit about Courtney Thrall. I am a wife to my wonderful husband, Noah, and a mom to 3 beautiful babies! Noah and I have been married for 4.5 years. In 2022 we learned we were expecting our first baby. We wanted to do all we could to have a peaceful, faith-filled, medical-intervention-free pregnancy and birth. We are so blessed that my mother-in-law, Jen, who is filled with such wisdom and knowledge about pregnancy and birth, was so willing to walk with us as our birth attendant. We had one elective ultrasound to find out the gender of our baby and saw a wonderful chiropractor throughout pregnancy. After a smooth pregnancy, we welcomed our first son, Isaiah, into the world in our home. We had a long and challenging labour, but beautiful and peaceful delivery of our healthy and perfect boy!

We knew we wanted more children but decided to wait a couple of years, due to having a hard go with feeding and allergies with Izzy. In 2025 we joyfully learned we were pregnant again! We invited Jen to journey with us again for another out-of-system pregnancy and home birth, which she graciously accepted. Again, we wanted to find out the gender of the baby so we went to get a quick ultrasound done. Noah and I walked in expecting to hear a heartbeat and we were in complete shock when there were 2! It took us some processing and praying, but it didn’t take long to decide that even with twins, we wanted to continue with the care and home birth we had already planned. We had a pregnancy with no health concerns, and welcomed our perfect, healthy, and full-term baby boy, Levi, and baby girl, Abigail, in late 2025! We spent the pregnancy praying over them and their birth, and had complete faith that Jesus was walking alongside us every step of the way. After they had arrived and we had settled into bed, we were met with the realization that every prayer and hope for my pregnancy, their birth, and immediate postpartum was answered in the most tender and beautiful way.
