  • Your inner voice is a REALLY good driver ... give her the steering wheel
    2026/09/02

This is my first solo episode. I’ve been meaning to get into the habit of doing them regularly, but life has been catching up to me … I have so many thoughts on so many things, and I’ve been feeling compelled to make some more “snackable” episodes.

Today, I felt pulled to chat with y’all about listening to our inner voice and letting our intuition be in the driver’s seat more often. This episode is inspired by a two things: a recent mediation where my inner voice gave me the download to (over)think less and just DO more; AND a coaching session where my friend, Nina, hit home the point that our first instinct is usually the most aligned. It’s in the moments that follow where our ego changes our mind: the time when we talk ourselves out of something we were super jazzed on.

We women are innately intuitive: it’s one of our greatest gifts. But society (and the men running it) are constantly telling us to push it down. But what would happen if we stopped listening to them and started tapping into our own inner guidance?

    I’ll tell you what … MAGIC ✨

  • I really was like, what do I want to hear? ... and that's what I created!
    2026/08/17

Yay! A special LIVE edition of TNR with our dear IRL friend, the incredibly talented and insightful, Mariana Bell.

Mariana just put out her latest album, Give It A GO! (released August 16), and it's a complete pivot from her previous sound from the last couple of decades.

She talks about her process in creating it and how she really embraced the art of letting go and surrendering while making it. She mentioned how this album is exactly what she needs in her own life: through the chaos of the moment, sometimes we just need a dance party! A(WO)man!

  • I got REALLY good at climbing the ladder, but I was SO unfulfilled. I pivoted, and you can too!
    2026/08/12

This week in TNR, Nicole Cutright discusses how she got incredibly good at climbing the corporate ladder for 15+ years … BUT each time she’d get into a new role, she’d ask the question: “is this really it?”

Nicole started to contemplate what else was out there. What else might be more aligned? This led her to work with a coach who helped Nicole answer some of the questions she had about her life and get more clarity about her next chapter. Another pivotal moment came a couple years ago when she went through a mental health crisis with her mom. After seeing first-hand how flawed our healthcare system really is, Nicole felt pulled to be a catalyst for change.

That’s when she decided to go back to school for counseling psychology. It’s been between her work coaching women to find their aligned life + pursuing a new field all together that Nicole has found HER aligned life.

To all the other women out there reading / listening, here’s the theme: if there’s something that you keep coming back to, something that feels like you’re meant to do it, you must investigate it. Your intuition is your best guide, and if she’s telling you something, then you’ll do best to listen to her. It’s NEVER too late. 🩷

  • Not sure if you're ready to take the leap ... how you answer this ONE question says it all
    2026/07/29

This week in The Naked Room, we chatted with Nina Bevar. She’s an awareness coach who works with women looking for guidance in taking big life leaps. She’s worked with women who are deciding whether or not to move to another country, leave the job that doesn’t fit anymore … women who are having a mid-life awakening and can’t settle for a life that no longer feels aligned! Women just like us, babe.

Nina tells her story of how it took her 17 years to finally move to NYC, but also how “finally” was right on time. And then she followed her intuition telling her to visit Hawaii … where she ended up meeting her now husband! Everything fell into place because she trusted the process and listened to her smart inner voice.

And through it all, she kept asking herself one very integral question that became her North Star. It’s this question that she asks all of her clients, and it lets her know whether or not they are really ready. And now she’s asking you to ask it of yourself …

Listen in for some incredible insights from a woman who has lived experience in following her authentic path.

    ### Key Takeaways

    - **Dare to dream**: Nina’s journey reminds us that it’s never too late to pursue our dreams. Taking the leap often requires moving through fear and self-doubt.

    - **Empowerment is key**: True empowerment comes from understanding oneself and making choices that resonate deeply.

    - **Reconnect with joy**: Embracing playfulness and allowing yourself to explore joy can lead to healing and personal growth.

  • Big lessons from my reinvention ... FOR ONE: trust your intuition, girlfriend
    2026/07/15

A few weeks ago, we got a listener call asking about whether we’re “noticing this thing happening with women?” This thing called an awakening … women everywhere are reinventing themselves, asking the bigger questions about their lives and deciding not to settle for a life that doesn’t align …

Enter our guest this week, Erica Breuer. She remembers the exact moment, like down to the day and hour when she had the realization about what really lights her up and how she wants to be spending her time ⤵️

it happened unexpectedly during a networking event she was hesitant to host after the last presidential election. Instead of focusing on marketing, she pivoted to create an open space for authentic conversation. “I remember seeing everyone looking relieved to be there,” she reflects. “It was a moment where I realized that creating connections is what I was truly meant to do.” This event marked the beginning of Erica’s new path, leading her to focus on experiential design and meaningful connections.

A huge part of the equation with Erica’s reinvention story was that she trusted her intuition. Listening to her inner voice really helped guide her and navigate the new path she was being called to … “Overcoming the programming (of practicality v. making soul-led decisions) required me to take action and gather proof that something else was possible,” she shares. This experience highlights how data, both personal and external, plays a crucial role in validating our choices.

  • Mina Yang: I help high-achieving women find love. I see this SAME theme every time
    2026/07/01

Our guest this week knows a thing or two about relationships and dating. Mina Yang’s journey into relationship coaching came from her own experience chasing the wrong partners, which included her decade-long marriage. She became aware enough of her patterns to dive deeper. What she discovered? Her childhood beliefs were leading her to sabotage her own happiness! Now, because of her own self-awareness, she’s able to guide other high-achieving women towards their goal of finding lasting love. The desire to help others led her to develop her coaching methodology, combining strategic dating advice with rapid transformational therapy (RTT). She offers loads of helpful takeaways in this episode!

Mina highlights common patterns that can sabotage relationships, particularly for high achievers:

    - **The Need to Perform**: Many high-achieving women feel they must earn love through accomplishments. This belief can lead to over-functioning in relationships, resulting in resentment and emotional burnout.

    - **Sabotaging Beliefs**: Beliefs such as “I’m not lovable” can cause individuals to subconsciously sabotage potential relationships, fearing they are unworthy of love.

    ## Key Takeaways

    - **Self-Reflection is Crucial**: Understanding your past is key to breaking free from unhealthy patterns.

    - **Engage with the Dating Process**: Utilize dating apps as a tool, not a crutch, and approach them with a positive mindset.

    - **Seek Balance in Relationships**: Strive for partnerships where both individuals contribute emotionally and practically.

  • Listener voicemail! "Have you noticed this thing happening with women??"
    2026/06/24

It's kismet that one of our listeners called in this week asking about the very thing that's been on so many of our minds lately: we're calling it The Great Awakening

There's this interesting and exciting phenomenon happening with women everywhere.

We are tired of following the rules that society told us to, so we're writing our own. We're tapping out and building the life that works for us. We're literally doing things like moving to the middle of nowhere Joshua Tree and building our dream home from the ground, up.

ENOUGH ALREADY with this broken system. We must create our own.

Come with us as we talk big life pivots, trusting our own intuition above all else 💫, and supporting each other through the Messy Middle.

You don't have to go this alone. We're here for you

  • Tyler Brickley & The Kindness Mob: How this TikTok community is changing lives
    2026/06/17

Pretty sure we have the universe to thank for connecting us to Tyler Brickley.

His whole mission is spreading kindness, and it gives us all the feels ⤵️

Tyler started the Kindness Mob on New Year's Day 2023, driven by a simple yet powerful question: What if the first comments on a video were kind instead of cruel? Frustrated by the ease with which negativity accumulated in comment sections, Tyler realized that the internet could be a more supportive space. His small initiative quickly gained traction, leading to an incredible community of close to 400,000 members who actively leave kind comments on nominated videos.

Imagine if the first 10 comments on a video were all kind instead of cruel. That's the vision behind this initiative. It started as a simple idea: counteract negativity with positivity and support.

The impact? An average of 750 kind comments per recipient, many of whom never realize the kindness mob is behind it.

As a bonus, kindness is good for your health, so start taking (and giving) a dose today!
