    This is the story of a girl.... not just any girl. A girl whose life didn't exactly go according to plan.

    There was burnout. There were medications. There were diagnoses, questions, wrong turns, revelations… and a lot of trying to figure out what the hell happened. And somewhere in the middle of all that... while trying to figure out who she was underneath it... something strange began to take shape.

    A place to hide.
    A place to create.
    A place to figure shit out.

    And eventually, a Fort.

    This is the somewhat accidental origin story of the Mystic Moon Fort.

    Betty, we hardly knew ye.

    Here it is.. the end of an era. Betty's fate sealed with a kiss from a telephone pole.

    Tragic, yet not unexpected. And that's only the begining of the end... There's also the immediate aftermath, the passengers, the police, the job situation and some divine timing.

    The Universe has a sense of humor, and apparently my life is held together by the same duct tape that attempted to hold the hole shut in Betty's soft top.

    Which, if you listened to the last episode, should tell you everything you need to know about the structural integrity of my life.
