As the jury just headed back into Day 6 of deliberations, it’s hard to imagine there aren’t some heated, emotional back and forth discussions going on as one side tries to convince the other to come to their way of thinking. We took the two extreme options for the jury: Guilty of first degree murder versus Not Guilty by reason of insanity and had our own debate. The problem we so quickly realized, both verdicts have justifiable and verifiable evidence to reasonably back up each outcome.

The 12 jurors for the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial are headed back to deliberations this morning, after trying to reach a verdict for nearly 30 hours over the past five days. The. Jury began deliberating LAST Thursday, and now, a full week later they continue after the judge issued a “Tuey Rodriguez” charge Wednesday afternoon, urging the group to reconsider their positions to try and find consensus. Clancy’s defense attorney Kevin Reddington says he’s ready to retry the case as soon as next week if a mistrial is declared, but acknowledged that regardless of the outcome, this case is a tragedy, reminding eporters that jurors have been through a very traumatic event.

It’s hard to believe that after all the drama of the morning and the final “dynamite’ charge from the judge, the jury has agreed to come back on Thursday and try again. Day 6 of deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial will begin at 9 am tomorrow morning. Reporters inside the courtroom have noted that the jurors look visibly frustrated after nearly 30 hours of deliberations, and if they can’t reach a consensus tomorrow, the judge cannot legally ask them to continue. With that in mind, it appears on Thursday we will either get a verdict, or the judge will be forced to declare a mistrial.

A major announcement from the number one syndicated show on TV: ‘Wheel Of Fortune’ is suspending its longtime announcer Jim Thorton after it was “made aware of allegations” stemming from an American Airlines flight back in May. The details are scarce, but reportedly a fellow passenger on Thorton’s flight complained about him to a flight attendant, who then alerted the pilot, who then called law enforcement. Thorton’s reps have denied that he engaged in any illegal conduct and said police determined there was no wrongdoing within five minutes of talking to him. If that’s the case, then why did Sony suspend him? A lot of questions remain to be answered.
