    Be Blinded

What if seeing everything clearly isn’t always what you need?

There are moments in life when we want answers before we move. We want to know how everything will work out, where the road will lead, and whether the decision we’re making will turn out right.

But what if God is asking us to trust Him even when we cannot see the whole picture?

In this episode, “Be Blinded,” we talk about what it means to surrender our need for control and trust God with the parts of our lives we don't understand.

    Proverbs 3:5–6 says:

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

Sometimes, our greatest struggle isn't that we don't know what to do it’s that we want to understand everything before we trust God.

But faith requires us to sometimes close our eyes to what we think we know and open our hearts to what God is doing.

To be blinded is not to be lost.

It is to trust the One who can see what we cannot.

This is a reminder that you don't have to have the entire journey figured out. You don't have to know every answer. You simply have to trust God, acknowledge Him in your decisions, and allow Him to direct your path.

You may not see where you're going, but you can trust Who is leading you.

Understanding Our Role — Part 2

Sometimes, understanding our role means understanding that we were never meant to do everything on our own.

There are moments when we know what we should do, yet fear, uncertainty, mistakes, or our own limitations make us hesitate. We question our decisions, our abilities, and even whether we are worthy of what God has called us to do.

But Hebrews 4:16 reminds us that we don't have to run away from God in those moments. We can run toward Him.

“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” — Hebrews 4:16

Understanding our role is not only about knowing what we are called to do. It is also about knowing where to go when we need help doing it.

We will make mistakes. We will have moments of doubt. We will face decisions we don't know how to make and situations we don't know how to handle. But God's grace gives us the confidence to come before Him honestly and ask for help.

Sometimes, we think we need to have everything figured out before we can move forward. But God invites us to come as we are to receive mercy for where we have fallen short and grace for what lies ahead.

Our role is to trust Him, seek Him, make the choices we are responsible for, and take the steps He places before us.

We don't have to know the entire journey.

We just need the courage to take the next step, knowing that when we need help, grace is available. #tmddaily

In this episode, we take a deeper look at what it means to take responsibility for our choices, make intentional decisions, set meaningful goals, and pursue the things we desire without losing sight of who God created us to be.

    Psalm 139:14 reminds us:

“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”

This conversation is about identity, choices, decisions, purpose, discipline, and achievement and understanding that while we cannot control everything that happens in life, we have a role to play in how we respond, what we pursue, and the person we choose to become.

You were wonderfully made. Now, what will you do with what you’ve been given?

  • Leadership through God's Lens
    2026/06/15

When we look at leadership through God's lens, the first thing we discover is that leadership begins with our relationship with God, not with position, title, or influence.

Many people in the Bible were called by God before they were recognized by people. God was more interested in who they were becoming than in the role they would eventually hold.
