    Steve Levy is a seasoned environmental consultant with over two decades of experience specializing in mold inspections, indoor air quality, and environmental assessments for sensitive individuals and properties. He has conducted more than 7,500 investigations, providing expert insight into complex environmental issues. Steve is also the author of If These Walls Could Talk, a practical guide for homeowners and professionals on identifying, preventing, and addressing mold and indoor contaminants.

    After retiring from field inspections, Steve obtained his real estate license and is now building the brand of The Healthy Home Realtor, combining his environmental expertise with a commitment to helping clients buy and sell healthier homes.

    Mark Levy is a nationally recognized expert in indoor environmental consulting with over two decades of experience specializing in mold detection, microbial contamination, and health-focused environmental assessments. Best known as the founder of The Mold Guy, Inc., Mark built his reputation by helping over 10,000 clients—95% of whom were hypersensitive individuals with chronic or complex health conditions—identify and resolve mold and environmental issues in their homes and workplaces.

    Mark holds multiple board-approved certifications from the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC), including:

    Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC)

    Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC)

    Certified Microbial Remediator (CMR)


    A trusted consultant in both residential and litigation environments, Mark has served as an expert witness in over 35 mold-related court cases, 12 of which went to jury trial. He is known for setting a higher standard of care in mold inspections—particularly for clients suffering from mold sensitivity, biotoxin illness, or autoimmune disorders.
