    A couple of weeks ago our old friend Duncan Welgemoed from Attica got in touch while he was in Sydney for the Beer and BBQ Festival and asked if we wanted to come interview Canadian food lover Matty Matheson. Mitch was overseas living it up but Levins carted his setup to the festival and interviewed Matty in the best scenario possible: behind a makeshift kitchen in the loudest part of a food and music festival, surrounded by drunk chefs who kept stealing the microphones.
