The Middle Aged Bloke Podcast is about life and the things we come up against. As a man it is not safe to open up, to express or share topics such as Mental health, work, parenting, friendships, life goals, fulfilment, marriage and relationships which is something I found myself battling with and I have found ways to help me and I wanted to share them with you so it might give someone else some tips or ideas. There will be stories and laughs along the way, usually from my truck while on the road but the main purpose is to show you are not alone. We all have our issues, so lets share them rather than suppress them and a huge way to do that is to work on our mindset which is something I am passionate about.

    Hi Everyone,

    Hope you have all been having a great week.
    In this episode its more about where I am at this week, Allowing my body to rest and honouring when I need to sleep rather than fighting it. The correct amount of sleep has really given me clearer thoughts and giving me a better vision of what I want.

    Also a few things have crept up that got to me however I had to have a word with myself. Envy, We can all suffer with it.
