Have you ever replayed a conversation in your mind, wishing you had said something—or wondering if saying nothing was the better choice?
In this episode of Message Through The Bottle® Podcast, I share two personal stories that left a lasting impression on me. One is about a friendship that ended because of a misunderstanding. I never had the opportunity to explain what had really happened. While I don't carry guilt, I do carry a sense of regret for never having the chance to bring clarity.
The second story takes a different turn. Years after a disappointing business experience, I unexpectedly saw the person involved at a train station. I had the chance to approach him and finally say everything I had held inside. Instead, something told me not to. Looking back, I'm grateful I listened to that inner voice.
Sometimes we regret the words we never spoke. Other times, we're thankful we chose silence.
