Every Thursday at 7pm EST, “The Men’s Roundtable Series” is a global conversation space where men come together to address real issues—identity, pressure, relationships, purpose, and personal struggles—in an environment built on honesty and growth.

Through open dialogue and shared experience, the goal is RESTORATION—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

NEW Every Thursday!!!!! Alongside the roundtable, “The Men’s Interview Spotlight” features one-on-one conversations with men who have overcome the father wound, broken through the need for validation, and redefined how they see themselves and the world.

These aren’t just stories—they’re blueprints for healing and growth.

Here's where you can book that one-on-one interview or if you'd like to be considered as a future panelist on the show: 🔗 Men’s Roundtable Series: https://calendly.com/yusefmichaelmarshall/themrts

  • The Men's Roundtable Series Podcast - Brotherhood That Goes Deeper Than Networking
    2026/09/11

Most of us can spot a fake connection a mile away and a lot of “networking” feels exactly like that. Tonight we get honest about what real brotherhood looks like when you strip away the handshakes, the business cards, and the polished public version of ourselves. We’re chasing something harder and better: a men’s community built on trust, vulnerability, and the willingness to be known enough to actually change.

We talk through the everyday places change gets resisted: money stewardship, budgeting, comfort zones, introversion masked by a practiced public face, and the tension of marriage where “me” keeps trying to win even after you’ve become “we.” Then we ask a question that hits home fast: if our spouses described us, where does our public image not match our private reality? That leads into a deeper conversation about authority versus arrogance, communication, and how past wounds can shape how our words are received.

We also tackle the 3 a.m. call. A lot of men will answer that call for someone else and still refuse to make it when they’re the one in the dark. We unpack pride, fear of weakness, trust issues, and the mental and emotional maturity it takes to ask for help. One story makes it painfully real, a moment on the edge that turns on a single text message. We close with a challenge that’s both spiritual and practical: serve other people consistently, because service has a way of cutting through pride and pulling us back to what matters.

If this conversation helps you, subscribe, share it with a brother who needs a real circle, and leave a review. What does “brotherhood beyond networking” need to look like in your life right now?

  • Done Carrying It Alone: Why Men Struggle With Connection, Communication & Relationships | Eric Williams
    2026/09/10

How much can a man carry before carrying it alone becomes the thing that breaks him?

In this episode of the Men's Roundtable Series Podcast, we sit down with Eric Williams, relationship expert, Marriage and Family Therapist, former U.S. Army paratrooper, husband of more than 20 years, and creator of Origin Code and Done Carrying It Alone.

Eric's understanding of relationships began long before his professional career. Growing up in a home shaped by multiple divorces gave him an early look at what happens when people don't have the tools—or the language—to stay connected.

His path eventually led him to earn a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and later serve five years in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne.

His military experience taught him about discipline, brotherhood, trust, and holding a team together under pressure.

Those lessons became foundational to his work helping men and couples understand relational disconnection.

    In this conversation, we explore:

    • Why men struggle to talk about what they're carrying
    • How childhood experiences shape adult relationships
    • The difference between independence and isolation
    • What military brotherhood can teach men about connection
    • Why men sometimes shut down when relationships become difficult
    • The hidden issues underneath recurring relationship conflicts
    • Emotional availability versus simply being present
    • Marriage, fatherhood, and vulnerability
    • How men can develop better emotional language
    • Why asking for help isn't weakness
    • The Origin Code approach to identifying relational root causes
    • What it means to become Done Carrying It Alone

This isn't a conversation about perfect relationships.

It's about understanding why we disconnect—and what it takes to find our way back.

Because sometimes the problem isn't that a man doesn't care.

Sometimes he simply never learned the language for what he's carrying.

  • When God Feels Silent: Faith, Suffering & Finding Hope Again | Matthew Jenkins
    2026/09/10

What happens when everything falls apart—and God seems silent?

In this Men's Roundtable Series Spotlight, Mista Yu sits down with Matthew Jenkins, cancer survivor, author of Beat Up By God: Finding Faith When Life Feels Like It's Falling Apart, and a man whose journey through suffering fundamentally changed the way he understands faith, hope, and resilience.

Matthew's story includes surviving cancer, living through chronic health challenges, experiencing repeated career setbacks, navigating the breakdown of his marriage, and confronting profound emotional pain.

Eventually, he reached a point where he felt completely overwhelmed and began questioning whether he could continue.

That experience became a turning point.

Not because all of his questions suddenly had answers—but because Matthew began learning that faith doesn't require pretending you aren't hurting.

    In this conversation, we explore:

    • What happens when faith collides with suffering
    • Why God can feel silent during our darkest seasons
    • The relationship between faith and mental health
    • Men's tendency to suffer privately
    • Grief, disappointment, and unanswered prayers
    • Cancer survivorship and living through prolonged adversity
    • The difficult questions believers sometimes feel afraid to ask
    • Whether anger and disappointment can coexist with faith
    • Finding purpose without romanticizing suffering
    • Resilience after reaching rock bottom
    • How we recognize when someone is struggling
    • Why asking for help is an act of strength
    • Rebuilding hope when circumstances haven't changed
    • What it means to believe that your story isn't over

Matthew doesn't present himself as a pastor, counselor, or theologian with all the answers.

He's speaking as someone who has lived through the questions.

And that may be what makes this conversation particularly important.

Because there are people sitting in churches, homes, workplaces, and families right now who are hurting quietly.

    They're praying.

    They're questioning.

    They're exhausted.

And they may believe that struggling with their faith means they've failed.

This conversation offers a different perspective:

Your questions don't make you faithless. Your suffering doesn't make you forgotten. And the darkest chapter of your life doesn't necessarily get to write the ending.
