Hello, I'm Matt, based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire in the UK, I'm a vocalist, musician, songwriter, podcaster and author. My show features guests from creative backgrounds. From musicians, event promoters and organisers, comedians, to business owners and entrepreneurs.

Daz opens up about his struggles with mental health and a difficult childhood, whilst sharing stories of how he has managed to channel his pain into positive steps.
