Because behind every manicure, there’s a story.

  • I hate my own voice, but creating content has taught me to accept it.

    Get in touch!

Have you ever recorded a video, listened to your voice, and immediately wanted to delete the whole thing?

    Same.

In this episode, I’m joined by Happiness, a content creator who also knows what it feels like to hate the sound of her own voice but still have something important to say.

We talk about the uncomfortable part of becoming a content creator: hearing yourself, watching yourself back, cringing at everything, and still pressing post.

Because confidence doesn’t always mean loving what you see or hear. Sometimes, it means hating it a little less each time and refusing to let that stop you from sharing your message.

Share this episode with that friend who needs to listen to this episode and see you in the next nail appointment!

  • All Day to Hate It. This was my first Podcast episode.
    2026/08/23

    Get in touch!

3 months ago, I launched the first episode of my podcast.

    It was 14:57 minutes long.

I spent THREE DAYS editing it.

The morning 16th of May I did it, I finally posted it and went to work.

By the time I got there, I overthink it so much,

    I hated it.

    So I deleted it.

Later that day, I told my mentor what I’d done.

    She said:

“You’re probably going to hate your first 10 anyway.”

    And she was right.

So, on my way home, I sat on a bench and posted it again.

At least now I had one video less to hate it

3 months later, I understand what she meant.

You can’t get better at something if you keep deleting every version of you that was still learning.

Sometimes the first one just needs to exist.

    Post it.

    Let yourself cringe.

    Then make the next one.

  • Mindset Part 2 • The art of reframing your Mind
    2026/08/12

    Get in touch!

I’m always thinking about the next idea, the next project, the next door I want to open.

So sitting down with a friend and talking about mindfulness felt almost ironic.

In today's Nails appointment we talked about ambition, relationships, overthinking, letting go, manifestation, and what it actually means to be present when your brain has 25 tabs open.

Not a podcast where we pretend we have life figured out.

Just two friends, two different perspectives, having the kind of conversation we normally have around the table, the ones that start with one topic and somehow end up questioning everything.
