概要
A rusted mailbox held four green-striped envelopes from the Office of Personnel Management addressed to Harold Davis - a man believed dead for twenty-two years. Why did federal pension payments keep arriving and who was collecting them for over two decades?
In this episode, we follow the discovery of the envelopes on Pennfield Road, the family history of Harold, Agnes, Melissa and Thomas Davis, and the puzzling bank and OPM records that suggest pension deposits continued from 1989 through February 2015. Could routine paperwork and a neighborhood habit be hiding a long-running financial mystery?
