As we know May is mental health awareness month, so we had to do a 2 part show on it. But, we decided to start with the kings of this world, The Men. Ladies take a seat you have next week. Men are the ones who have the least support least options of a safe space the when comes to mental health. What ever was told to you as a young man about therapy and being strong, FORGET IT!! You time is now, because you know why? Therapy is dope! We see you, we hear you and you're not alone. In this episode My co-Host Jus Comply will descuse the importance of Mental health treatments and therapy. We will also talk about Some statistics and solutions to help our black men community.

We're Baaaaaaack!! Its been a while my dope women and men! I have a NEW Co-host and boy oh boy you are in for a treat!! We just wanted to come on and reintroduce myself and introduce my new co-host.
