    We do not step foot saying, we know it all, that we are qualified professionals, NO! But we are individuals who have lived some traumas, hurt and pain, that teaches us to rely on God, family and faith!! We have realized we do not have it all together but there is one who does!!

The reality is we are under attack because when you seek to share truth, what is good and beautiful, the world rejects and attacks with hurtful words, lies to destroy your reputation and seeking to kill. However to stand for what is right and die or to live with wrong?? To me the answer is simple.

    Emotional Intelligence and Handling Conflict is an episode dear to my heart because this is where you will break and lose, or you will break and rebuilt!! You choose.

    We take a small detour, interrupt our regular schedule program.

    I felt God lead me to have an open heart discussion about Charlie Kirk.
    I respect Charlie a lot, don’t need to agree with everything but his faith was something I admired.

    He would share the gospel literately to the nations. Loving his neighbor by speaking truth right to their faces. (Again, didn’t necessarily agree with all his approaches) but that he shared love! That he spread unity! That he gave grace… I know he did, I seen, heard it.

    Its not just Charlie death that matters, all deaths matter, which is why we cannot keep down this path! We had a movement happening; NOW we have a revival!! Violance is never the answer, but LOVE is! And nothing stops LOVE, its UNDEFEATED!!

    Why is humbleness, being humble important?? It’s the bridge to connecting with others or creating distance!!

    What are Red Flags?? Why is it so hard to see Red Flags for “our” (your) situations but everyone else it’s easy or noticeable?? Why do we choose to ignore the signs or our gut feeling (intuition)??? Are we operating (living) from a deficiency (lack of) self love and value??? Why do we give so much power to a person?? Or thing?? (Work? Title? Money? Etc.)

    Join us, share your thoughts and experiences with us, grow with us. Allow us to help you… comment, email, connect…. Life is a difficult thing to do alone. Connect and allow God to bless you, provided true love, and support.

    The MAC Effect bring’s yet again, another great episode!!

    “Honesty vs Transparency”

    Why this topic?? Because the MAC Effect speaks the unspoken, brings light to darkness and doesn’t allow for you or himself to stay the same.
    Growth and development only happen when you challenge and honestly only the brave accept the challenge.

    It’s easy to never speak the unspoken, it’s easy to hide, just be “honest” and not share the details of the ugly. It’s easy to blame others. But you know what’s not easy, standing up for what is right, standing up for love even when it will hurt you but you care more about the other person. Transparency means you will allow light thru you so that the object behind you gets seen!!! And the object will be the hearts of your loved ones.

    If you have secrets from your partner, if you keep a separate bank account, if you dont allow that loved one near your heart with all the good, bad and ugly, you are not allowing God to work his full potential in our life.

    I challenge you to love like never before, give your all to your partner, your kids, risk it… no plan B.
    It’s scary, but well worth it… the payout of peace, abundance and love !!! So soooooo worth it.

    Grab yor popcorn, your coffee, listen while driving, hear it in the shower, but take your sweet time to enjoy what will benefit you!!
