    On this weeks episode we break down “Labels”
    But when I say break down… for the goal to not allow these “Labels” to control, dictate or manipulate us. To give back your power of you!!

    My cohost (it feels funny saying that) and I discuss the Labels, that people, the world and social media give vs the Labels God, love and self love truly give you’
    Why is this important, because one set of Labels is to chain you down, hold you back and not allow you be you (which is holding you back/ JAIL)
    Yet, the other, allows you to grow, do what you’ve always wanted and give you wholesome! Who you where made to BE! (Freedom, true freedom)

    Its so important to know where your identity comes from, having security in who you are, not what they say about you!
    Easier said than done, but manageable by breaking down the lies and deception.

    Season 6 of The MAC Effect is here baby!!

    Welcome back, and its sooooo goooooooood to be back with you!
    I missed the heck out of you all and I can’t wait to share, connect, grow, help each other and answer if not but, all your questions!

    Kicking off episode one with a banger!!! Bringing new vision, new clarity and a Mike that is healing and accepting his new chapter in life. Thanks to a handful of people who are walking with me day in and day out, I’m realizing that Mike had a whole lot to offer, give and provide to this world… and that “The MAC” is not only “BACK!” But ready to create “Effects” in lives!!

    Season 6, and I mean… all season 6. I will have a cohost joining me and sharing her perspective, her thoughts and her POV. Why? Because its important to communicate effectively and understand one another regardless if you agree to disagree.

    What’s super cool about this, we got to turn the tables on Luis, who normally is the one interviewing but today was the interviewer. What an honor and privilege to have, not only stepped on ATTL studios but given the opportunity to know Luis heart in a deeper way.

    Duzco shares his personal relationship with his baby mama, his children, coparenting and although it’s complicated, it’s also simple when you love. We don’t stop there, I (Mike) digs deep with father/ mother questions, his healing journey and emotional intelligence. Extremely impressed on his answers, why? Because you can tell he answers with intelligence, not arrogance… understands how his actions can quickly dismiss anything even when right! How his absence can create voids in the people he loves.
