Our guest for this inspiring episode, Dave Rutter, seeks to follow the example of Jesus Christ in how he relates to others. It is a blessing to learn from Dave's example as he seeks to follow Christ. One of the things we enjoy most about this interview is Dave's personal mission statement that he shares with us.

His mission statement begins with, "I am a disciple of Jesus Christ; as such, this is my mission. I seek for and merit divine help. I conduct myself in accordance with my values and beliefs, thereby building my self-esteem." And that is just the beginning. We know you will enjoy hearing more from Dave in this episode.

From a young age, Dave displayed an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed. Growing up in Pleasant Grove, Utah, as an elementary student, Dave began buying popular items and reselling them to his peers at a profit.

After serving a mission in Michigan, Dave built on his past entrepreneurial inclinations and embarked on a career in the restaurant industry. He is now the CEO of Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill and a co-founder and partner at FatCats Family Entertainment Center.

He and his incredible wife, Kim, have six kids and 17 grandkids. He enjoys traveling and has been to many amazing places around the world. Dave is very active and enjoys biking and playing pickleball. Time at Lake Powell with his family is one of his favorite traditions, as is spending time with his grandkids.
