This is a place where I chat with best friends, old friends and new friends about how to get the most out of life.

Many of these conversations have previously been had in the homes of the people that are dear to me. Often, in their living rooms.

These are the conversations that have changed my life. The kind of mindset-shifting, soul altering conversations with the kind of people that have given me the room to live and expand and grow and stumble and fall whilst reminding me of my own unique capabilities.

These are the kind of conversations that need to be shared. The kind of conversations that will remind you that simply being human, vulnerable, messy and complicated makes you remarkable.

    We discuss burnout, how it came about for Brittany in her life and how she tried to manage it after she found herself in a hospital room after reaching a breaking point.

    Burnout is more common than we think and there isn't a lot of discussion around the topic. My hope is that this starts more conversations about burnout and perhaps even helps you in some small way to manage it in your own life.

    Brittany has a kind of humanness that makes everyone around her feel at ease whilst having a wicked sense of humor that has, on many occasions, made me cry from laughter. She is genuine and genuinely one of the very best people that I've ever met.
