  • Faith, Identity & Campus Ministries | Massiel Dávila-Ferrer, Carl Cunningham | The Living Room Podcast with Richard Martin
    2026/05/05

What does it actually look like to walk alongside a generation that loves Jesus but is rewriting what that looks like? I sat down with Pastor Massiel Dávila-Ferrer and Pastor Carl Cunningham — the campus ministry dream team at Burman University in Lacombe, Alberta — for one of the most honest conversations about faith, identity, grief, and what it means to lead young adults through some of the most formational years of their lives. They cover it all: navigating faith as a third-culture kid, what healthy ministry partnerships actually look like, how to sit with students in grief, why your spiritual timeline doesn't have to match everyone else's — and the prayer they both carry into every single day.Whether you're in ministry, a student figuring things out, or someone who just wants to understand the generation shaping the future of the church and world — this one is for you.
