In this episode, I’m joined by the amazing Karina Jadhav. Karina is a heavyweight in the Manchester food and drink scene. She was the co-founder and creator of Neighbourhood, Victor’s Hale and Southern Eleven, and in 2016 opened the immersive restaurant; Menagerie.
Karina shares the lessons she’s learnt throughout her journey so far including how she overcame big life challenges. She discusses how her coping mechanisms have changed over the years, the changes she’s made to balance work and family life, as well as how she’s making changes to put herself first.
