概要

 In this episode, Dashi and Eray talk to Sven Meierhofer, Head of Operations at Smart Infrastructure. Sven candidly discusses a bold experiment in his department. Inspired by the principle of «Collaborative Leadership», his team wanted to try out what it would be like to dismantle traditional hierarchical structures and distribute responsibility among several team leaders.
