In this episode, Pete and Scott wrap up the MSL regular season and preview the two semi-final playoff matchups.

This week, the boys are joined by Edmund (Ted) Higgins, President of the Peterborough Senior Lakers. Ted’s lacrosse association started as a member of bantam, midget and juvenile lacrosse. The highlight of Ted’s playing career came in 1961 when his Hastings Legionnaires won the Minto Cup and were Eastern Canada Finalists in 1962. He played 2 years of senior lacrosse with the Brooklin Redmen and then returned to Peterborough in 1964 to reactivate the Peterborough Speedy Erns Seniors as General Manager. Through the 1980’s and 1990’s, Ted Higgins is responsible for senior lacrosse being played in Peterborough.

In the tenth episode of this season, hosts Pete and Scott talk about the Lakers' upcoming retro night at the PMC, some old faces they hope to see around the rink, and how the Lakers can sneak their way into the 2026 MSL playoffs.

On this week's episode, Pete and Scott are joined by Peterborough-based lacrosse prospect Nate Sage. Nate just finished his freshman year at UNC, playing on their men's field lacrosse team. In the summer, Nate plays for the Jr. A Peterborough Lakers. Nate, who was rated a three-star recruit in the Class of 2025 by Inside Lacrosse, played prep lacrosse at The Lawrenceville School and helped Lawrenceville win two national championships during his prep career.

Pete and Scott are joined by Dan Malta. Dan is the voice of the Oshawa FireWolves of the NLL and a producer with YourTV Peterborough.

This week, Pete and Scott are joined by Lakers veteran captain Rob Hope! Rob has four Mann Cups with Peterborough, was the 2013 Rookie of the Year, and was the 2016, 2017 Top Defenceman, and 2018, 2019 Most Dedicated Player. Outside of lacrosse, Rob is a schoolteacher in Peterborough.

In this episode, Pete and Scott are joined by Peterborough Lakers and Halifax Thunderbirds star defenceman and faceoff wizard Jake Withers. Jake has won three Mann Cups with Peterborough and was the 2017-18 NLL Rookie of the Year.
