My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

I wanted to bring you something a little bit different this week. I'm going to take us through a moving meditation, a moving prayer, so that you can really begin to feel the energy alive within your body. You can do this as soon as you wake up in the morning, sitting in bed, when you go to your altar, or just anytime you feel that you need to more deeply connect into yourself. ❤️

Crystal for this practice: Carnelian - to help you connect to the energy within you.

✨ Welcome to your #cosmicweatherreport for the week ahead. 🪐✨

✦ About this week ✦

This week begins to give us hope for the future, but remembering that we are that hope for the future and we need to be the ones that create it. Part of that is in the radical rebellion of slowing down, resting and reclaiming our time and energy. The astrological week begins on Thursday with the Sun sextile Jupiter, bringing optimism, hope, confidence and self-belief, and opening doors and opportunities, but we have to be the ones willing to walk through them. Friday's Mars trine Saturn brings self-discipline and asks us to look at our long-term goals, commit to habits and routines, and begin taking those first steps towards what we want. As Pluto stations direct, we begin a powerful rebirth process, reclaiming our power and growing into the version of ourselves that can hold what we're envisioning. Venus retrograde is also taking us back to 2018, asking us to look at what needs healing, clearing and releasing. Finally, Sunday's first quarter moon in Capricorn brings our focus back to the future and what we need to be doing now to get where we want to be. This is a week to plant the seeds of what we want to grow, remembering that nothing in nature hurries and what we're doing now is creating the future.✨ ❤️

🪐💫 Timestamps:

Thursday: 3:46 Sun sextile Jupiter

Friday: 6:54 Mars trine Saturn, Pluto stations direct

Sunday: 11:53 First quarter moon in Capricorn

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

We have a quieter astrological week this week, which feels like it's really inviting us into the slowdown that this season offers. I know many of us struggle to slow down, equating worth with how much we can get done, and wearing busyness as a badge of honour. So, I want to challenge you this week to slow down. Grab a blanket, put your headphones on, and curl up on the sofa. Gift yourself this time to slow down and rest. I challenge you to do this every day. ❤️

Crystal for this practice: Amethyst - to help you slow down, quieten the mind and surrender into rest.
