  • Bonus: O, Canada! (Pink Skirt Summit Recap)
    2026/07/13

Hands in the air, crying, like it was church. That was my Thursday morning in Kelowna, BC.

In this bonus episode, I'm taking you inside my 18 days in Canada for two very different rooms: Dan Martell's AI Media Summit and the Pink Skirt Summit, founded by Renee Warren. One was all business, AI, and "get it done" energy. The other was about alignment, being seen, and remembering who you are. I needed both, and I'm breaking down exactly what I took from each.

    Inside this episode:

    • Patrice Washington on alignment and what misalignment actually costs you
    • Renee Warren on releasing the "must be nice" friends and asking "why not me, why not now?"
    • Dan Martell on fear, turning pro, and why you don't have a content problem, you have a courage problem
    • Lori Harder, Joanna Wiebe, and Dhorea Ramanula on holding space and staying in your zone of genius
    • Maria Wendt's tactical playbook: simple scales, cut 60% of your copy, and send everything to the checkout page
    • Sam Skelly's breathwork session that took me somewhere I did not expect
    • Jen Pike on why women wait two years too long to listen to their bodies
    • Adley Kinsman's "duh test," the entertain-educate-enroll funnel, and why tension equals retention
    • Jen Gottlieb on visibility being your responsibility and doing the thing NOW
    • My biggest takeaways, what I'm changing immediately, and why you're about to see a lot more of me

  • Strong Doesn't Mean Solo: Why Ambitious Moms Need a Squad
    2026/07/09

Strong was never supposed to mean solo it was supposed to mean surrounded.

In this episode, I'm naming the lie so many ambitious moms believe: that we have to do it all alone. If you've ever turned off the office light at 11pm, surrounded by people who need you, and still felt completely alone this one is for you.

I'm sharing the 4 traps that isolate ambitious moms (the competence cage got me for years), the 3 ways isolation quietly kills your ambition, and the 5 people every ambitious mom needs in her corner: the Mirror, the Map, the Megaphone, the Anchor, and the Muscle.

Plus, I'll walk you through my REACH framework a simple, doable map for building real community in the exact season of life you're in right now. Not when the business slows down. Not when the kids are grown. Now.

    In this episode:

    • Why the better you are at handling things, the less anyone checks on you
    • The "time lie" that keeps us putting friendship off until life calms down (spoiler: it doesn't)
    • The 5 roles of your personal board of directors — and why no single friend should fill all of them
    • The REACH framework: Recognize, Evaluate, Ask, Consistency, Hold
    • Your one brave move this week

  • Buildig a Big Business without Burning Down Your Life
    2026/07/02

Burnout is not the price of ambition. It's the receipt for bad boundaries.

In this episode, Kelly breaks down the four moves that let you build big and stay whole:

    1. Say no (or delay the no). Stop volunteering to lead every bake sale. Give in a way that fits your season.
    2. Delegate, delegate, delegate. Track the ball, don't carry it. Micromanaging drains everybody.
    3. Automate the decisions. Put your life on a rotation and let tools like Text Expander do the repeating for you.
    4. Protect your non-negotiables. Sleep. Food. Movement. Connection. These feed your spirit so you can pour into everyone else.

Because when you burn out, you're not calm, patient, or kind. And the people you love feel it first.

Put yourself on the list. Strong doesn't mean solo.

  • Bonus: What $17K and Two Days With Dan Martell Taught Me About AI, Mindset, and Building Bigger
    2026/06/28

I just spent two days and $17,000 in a room with 40 entrepreneurs, every one of us doing over a million in revenue, learning from Dan Martell and his team at his AI Media Empire Summit. I came home with a full notebook and I'm handing you the whole thing.

In this bonus episode I break down what actually moved me:

    • Why it's not the knowing you're missing, it's the confidence.
    • How to make your vision big enough to prove God exists.
    • The line that's been living in my head rent-free: no one will out-adopt the AI that I use.
    • Why I'm killing my spreadsheets and building dashboards instead.
    • The H.E.I.T. framework for content that keeps people watching.
    • And the four goals I'm chasing into Q3.

If you're a mom building something big and you're tired of being told you have to choose, this one's for you.

  • Your Kids Are Watching Your Courage
    2026/06/25

What if the problem isn't your ambition... but the belief that you have to choose between your dreams and your family?

When Gunjan Vermani opened her first physiotherapy clinic, she had a toddler, an infant, and a business that needed her every day. One minute she was celebrating a full day of helping 22 patients. The next, she was driving home in tears, wondering if she was doing enough as a mom.

Ten years later, Gunjan co-owns eight clinics, leads a team of 17 clinicians, and helps more than 500 patients every day through the leaders and systems she's built.

In this conversation, we talk about the guilt, self-doubt, and growing pains that come with building something meaningful while raising a family—and why motherhood and entrepreneurship aren't competing priorities.

    You'll hear:

    • The story behind launching her first clinic with a toddler and infant at home

    • How she transitioned from clinician to leader and multiplied her impact

    • Why being present matters more than simply being available

    • What her children learned by watching her pursue a vision

    • How to stop measuring success by what you can do alone

If you've ever wondered whether you can be a great mom and build something extraordinary, this episode is your reminder that you don't have to choose. You can build both. And your children might be learning more from your courage than you realize.

  • Mom Guilt Is a Signal, Not a Verdict
    2026/06/18

Episode 6: Mom Guilt Is a Signal, Not a Verdict

You're at work thinking you should be home. You're home thinking you should be working. And no matter where you stand, some voice whispers that you're failing someone.

If you're a mom building something, you know this guilt. The relentless kind.

In this episode, Kelly gets honest about the season it hit her hardest, and the reframe that changed everything: just because you feel guilty doesn't mean you're guilty. Guilt is a signal, not a verdict. One says pay attention. The other says you've already messed it all up. Too many ambitious women treat every signal like a conviction.

She also shares the moment her daughter Carli was asked to make a video about one of her heroes and picked her mom. The very things Kelly respected least about herself in those hard seasons were the things Carli respected most.

Your kids don't need a perfect mother. They need a whole one. They may not remember every meeting you took, but they'll remember watching a woman believe she was allowed to build something meaningful.

If this one hits, send it to one woman who needs to hear it today. Strong doesn't mean solo.

  • The Calendar Doesn't Lie: How to Audit Where Your Life Is Actually Going
    2026/06/11

You say your health matters. Your family matters. Your dreams matter.

    But does your calendar agree?

In this episode, Kelly walks you through a powerful calendar audit that reveals the truth about where your time is actually going and why so many ambitious women feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the things they care about most.

You'll learn how to identify what's stealing your time, uncover the gap between your intentions and your reality, and redesign your schedule so it reflects the life you're trying to build.

If you've ever said "I don't have time," this episode might completely change the way you look at your calendar.

    Rapid audit questions:

    • What got the most hours last week?
    • Was it intentional?
    • What received less time than it deserves?
    • What am I saying matters that isn't scheduled?
    • What needs to be deleted?
    • What needs to be delegated?
    • What needs to be protected?
    In this episode:

✔️ Why your calendar tells the truth your goals won't
✔️ The hidden difference between being busy and being productive
✔️ The three biggest discoveries most entrepreneurs make during a calendar audit
✔️ What to delete, delegate, and protect immediately
✔️ A simple exercise you can do today to reclaim your time

Because your life doesn't change when your intentions change.

It changes when your calendar does.
