  • Can Single Moms Raise Good Men? A Family-Building Expert Weighs In
    2026/07/24

    DM your Host Directly

People often ask me one question as a solo mom raising a son:

"Who's going to teach him how to be a man?"

But I think we're asking the wrong question.

In this episode, I'm sharing why I'm far less concerned about raising a "real man" and much more focused on raising a respectful, emotionally intelligent human being.

    We talk about:

    • Why respect matters more than traditional ideas of masculinity
    • What boys really need to learn about women
    • Why character isn't determined by whether a child has a father in the home
    • The values I'm intentionally teaching both my son and my daughter
    • Why we need to rethink the conversations we're having about modern families

Whether you're raising boys, girls, parenting with a partner, parenting solo, or simply interested in the future of modern families, this episode is an invitation to look beyond outdated assumptions and ask better questions.

If this conversation made you think differently, send it to another woman who needs to hear it. And if you're building a family (or simply building a life) on your own terms, make sure you're following the podcast because we've got a lot more conversations like this coming!

  • Things I Wish Every Woman Knew Before Having a Child With the Wrong Man
    2026/07/10

Choosing who you have children with is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make... yet it's often treated as something that will simply "work itself out."

In this episode, I'm sharing the lessons I wish more women heard before becoming mothers with the wrong partner.

This isn't about blame or shame. It's about recognizing the realities that can follow long after a relationship ends: co-parenting challenges, emotional stress, financial strain, legal complications, and the impact those decisions can have on both you and your children.

Whether you're currently dating, trying to conceive, considering solo motherhood by choice, or simply thinking about your future family, I hope this conversation gives you permission to pause and ask the questions that matter most.

Because choosing who you build a family with can shape your life for decades.

    In this episode, we discuss:
    • Red flags that are easy to overlook before children
    • Why love alone isn't enough to build a healthy family
    • The long-term realities of co-parenting after separation
    • Questions every woman should ask before having children
    • Why intentionally building your family matters more than following a traditional timeline

If this episode resonated with you, subscribe to the podcast, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs to hear it.

  • Things I'll Never Teach My Daughter About Relationships as a Single Mom
    2026/06/12

As parents, we're always teaching our children something.

Not just through what we say, but through what we tolerate, what we model, what we pursue, and what we believe is possible.

As a single mom, there are certain lessons I hope my daughter carries with her long after she leaves home:

✔️ Your worth is not determined by your relationship status.
✔️ Security comes from self-trust, skills, resources, and community.
✔️ You don't need to abandon your dreams to build a family.
✔️ Healthy love should add to your life, not become your entire life.
✔️ You are allowed to choose a path that doesn't look like everyone else's.

In this episode, I'm sharing some of the biggest things I'm intentionally teaching my daughter as she grows up.

What is one lesson you hope the next generation of girls learns?

  • Why More Women Are Choosing Motherhood Before Marriage
    2026/06/05

    DM your Host Directly

I think we're witnessing one of the biggest shifts in family structure in modern history.

More women are choosing motherhood before marriage (or without marriage altogether) not because they've given up on love, but because they've stopped seeing romantic partnership as a prerequisite for building a family.

For generations, women were told there was only one acceptable order:

    1) Find a partner.
    2) Get married.
    3) Then have children.

But what happens when you're ready for motherhood long before you've found the right person? What happens when the desire to build a family becomes stronger than the desire to keep waiting?

The women I speak to every day aren't anti-love.
    They aren't anti-marriage.
    They aren't anti-men.

They're simply asking a question that previous generations rarely felt they had permission to ask:

"What if I don't have to wait?"

The conversation around family, motherhood, partnership, and female autonomy is changing rapidly. And whether people agree with it or not, it's a shift worth paying attention to.

  • How I Built A Peaceful Family On My Own
    2026/05/22

    DM your Host Directly

There was a time in my life where I believed peace would come after I finally built the “right” kind of family.

    Marriage.
    The perfect relationship.
    The traditional timeline.
The life that looked good from the outside.

But over time, I realized I was chasing an idea more than a real experience.

In this video, I’m sharing how I built a peaceful, intentional family on my own terms, and why letting go of old expectations completely changed my life.

If you’ve ever felt behind, conflicted, pressured by timelines, or wondered whether there’s another way to build a beautiful family life… this conversation is for you!

  • Women Need To Stop Outsourcing Their Future
    2026/05/15

    DM your Host Directly

We need to talk about the lie women have been sold about motherhood, marriage, and what actually makes a family “whole.”

In this episode, I’m unpacking why so many women stay stuck waiting for the “right man,” why children need emotional safety more than performative togetherness, and why more women are beginning to question the traditional timeline entirely.

This conversation is honest, uncomfortable at times, and deeply important.

Because a husband is not what makes a family valid.
Love, peace, presence, and emotional wellbeing do.
