On this episode of the podcast, Jill Alesch conducts and co-produces a fantastic, superb, and really conversational interview with me In Person. This was Jill's debut/first time on the show and we recorded this episode at Walnut Woods State Park in West Des Moines.

This episode was a combination of Jill asking questions concerning the current political scene and upcoming Midterm Elections (almost a month away!! Everyone 18 and older needs to get out and VOTE!!), my passion for Iowa's State Parks, where I grew up, high school reunions I went to, and other pleasures; along with us taking a walk throughout all the paved parts of Walnut Woods and offering commentary on them.

This episode was recorded on Friday October 9, 2026 and it runs 1 hour and 16 minutes long. Our opening and closing theme music is provided by Anastasia Chubarova courtesy of Pixabay. Funding for this podcast is provided by RandomKid, Lee Larue, and Rachel Graham. Enjoy!
