    We live in a consumption economy. With easy access to social media - we are constantly consuming other people's lives and thoughts. We are bombarded with news, and the latest updates at all times - and we never have any time to relax and breathe. Silence has become uncomfortable and our minds have been taken over.

    In this episode, I talk about the endless cycle of constant consumption, and I talk about how creating has changed my life. Creating has given me purpose, it has become my passion, and it makes me fulfilled. Humans were made with the desire to create and when we drift from this innate desire we lose a sense of purpose.
