The goal of this podcast is to focus on many different aspects of life, three major topics I plan on focusing in on and discussing the most, at least initially, are being a sibling to someone with special needs/disability, coping, and living with ALS, coping and living with premature birth and death of new baby. Also plan on focusing on different aspects of exercise, fitness, nutrition. Utilizing my knowledge as a physical therapist to shed some light on those topics, as well as performing prehab and rehab to address, different injuries, etc. Hoping to have many guest speakers in episodes.
