The enemies that are coming into your life have come specifically to pull you out of position. Standing, in terms of what we are discussing, means being well-prepared, focused, and steady when the enemy is plotting and planning an attack to ruin your life. This message preps us before we go into our Full Armor of God series. Our life is dependent upon our intentionality of putting on every piece of armor God has afforded us to be successful!     

Listen, the enemy knows that if he can divide he can conquer. You’ve not seen your full strength. You’ve not seen the full strength of your relationship. You haven’t seen the full strength of your organization. Why? Because somewhere amongst you there is an uprising of division. God has called us to be unified. There is a difference between being in full agreement and being unified. Unification requires you to put some differences aside so that God’s glory can be revealed. But, it is imperative that you watch out for those whose sole purpose and agenda is to create division. Take a deep breath! Those that are named among you, that you know without a shadow of a doubt are making  a job out of creating confusion, you must separate yourself from them. Separating from them will be healing to your life. You will refill the strength and energy that has escaped you. Maintain the unity! 

We are in our series discussing the works of the flesh. I believe that is it important to dig deep to find true deliverance and freedom. With that being said, we are walking through every work of the flesh. This week we are discussing selfish ambition. Selfish ambition gets you what you want, but neglects Christ in the process. How often have we released our hand from Christ to reach from something that we deem greater. The reality is the thing that you’ve reached for has the potential to kill the relationship that you have with Christ.
