God never asked us to manufacture power, force outcomes, or carry His assignments in our own strength. He invited us to abide in Him—and from that place, walk in the authority He has already given.

In this episode, we talk about the difference between striving to make something happen and moving from relationship, alignment, and delegated authority. Jesus Himself modeled this perfectly: He did what He saw the Father doing, spoke what He heard the Father saying, and ministered from complete dependence on Him.

The same is true for us.

Authority isn’t about proving what we can do. It’s about knowing Who we represent.

Whether we are leading our children, ministering to others, praying for the sick, confronting darkness, or simply navigating everyday life, we were never meant to rely on our own ability. There is freedom in realizing: it’s not my power, and it’s not my right—it’s His authority working through a surrendered life.

Relationship before responsibility.

Communion before commission.

Submission before authority.

Stop striving to become powerful and start abiding in the One who possesses all authority.

His power. His authority. His Kingdom—working through us.

We cannot outsource the discipleship of the children God entrusted to us.

Pastors can help. Teachers can help. Children's and youth ministries can help. But there is a unique place of influence God has given you right inside your home.
