• Every Little Bit Counts: The Small Changes Helping Me Feel My Best Again
    2026/10/15

If you’ve been feeling low energy, off your game, or like you just need a little reset, this episode is for you.

Lately, I’ve been feeling really good...more energized, more clear, and honestly just really proud of how I’ve been showing up for myself.

And it hasn’t come from doing anything huge.

In this episode of The Intentional Mind Podcast, I’m sharing one little mantra I’ve been coming back to: every little bit counts.

I’m also sharing how looking back at a season when I felt my best reminded me of some simple practices I had slowly stopped doing when life got busy.

Sometimes the things that help us feel our best are also the first things we let go of.

So if you’ve been wanting to feel better, get your energy back, or just feel more intentional about how you’re moving through your days, I hope this episode gives you a few things to think about and try.

You don’t have to overhaul your whole life.

    Every little bit counts.

And if you want to join us for a free 15-minute Joy Party with throwback music, dancing and a little boost of joy, my friend is hosting one on November 10th.

  • Have You Stopped Believing Things Could Get Better?
    2026/10/08

283 - If you’ve ever felt stuck in a situation and started thinking, “Well, I guess this is just how it is,” this episode is for you.

In this episode of The Intentional Mind Podcast, I’m sharing a recent story from my own life about feeling really defeated by a situation.

I had gotten to the point where I felt like there weren’t any other options.

And then something happened that reminded me that just because I can’t see another option doesn’t mean there isn’t one.

This episode is really about faith, possibility and asking yourself whether you’ve stopped believing that things could actually get better.

We’re talking about what happens when we get discouraged, stop dreaming, and start accepting things we don’t really want simply because we can’t see another way forward.

I’ll encourage you to ask yourself:

Have I really exhausted all my options?

Or have I just stopped looking?

What might God be doing that I can’t see yet?

And what is one small step I could take to open myself back up to possibility?

Sometimes faith looks like trusting God.

And sometimes it also looks like asking more questions, exploring another option, reaching out to someone, and staying open to doors you didn’t even know existed.

If there’s an area of your life where you’ve started believing, “This is just how it has to be,” this one is for you.

  • Make Your Fall Favorites List: A Simple & FUN Way to Enjoy This Season More
    2026/10/02

282- If you’ve ever looked up and realized a whole season passed by without actually doing the things you said you wanted to do, this episode is for you.

In this episode of The Intentional Mind Podcast, I’m sharing my own Fall Favorites List...basically my version of a fall bucket list filled with the little things I want to make time for this season.

We’re talking about apple picking, bonfires, cozy clothes, homemade pie, cider, movie nights, jumping in leaves with the kids, and all the little things that make fall actually feel like fall.

But this episode is really about something bigger than a seasonal bucket list.

It’s about getting intentional about the fun, memories, and experiences you actually want to create in your life.

Because if we don’t make time for the things we say matter to us, life has a way of filling that time with everything else.

I’ll encourage you to create your own favorites list for whatever season you’re in — whether that’s fall, October, the holidays, January, summer, or simply the next few weeks of your life.

It doesn’t have to be elaborate or expensive.

Sometimes intentional living looks like setting big goals.

And sometimes it looks like making chili, putting on your favorite cozy socks, taking your kids to a pumpkin patch, or sitting outside with a cup of coffee and actually enjoying the season you’re in.

If you want a simple way to create more fun, connection, and memories in your life instead of letting another season fly by, this one is for you.

  • Maybe You Don’t Need to Grow Right Now: Build the Foundation First
    2026/09/17

281 - If you’ve been feeling like you should be doing more, growing faster, reaching more people, making more money, or constantly chasing the next thing, this episode is for you.

In this episode of The Intentional Mind Podcast, I’m sharing a realization I’ve been having in my own life and business: maybe this isn’t the season to grow, grow, grow.

Maybe it’s the season to build the foundation that will actually support the growth you want later.

We’re talking about slowing down long enough to get clear on what matters, strengthening your message, putting the right systems and support in place, and making sure your life and business can actually hold the growth you’re asking for.

Because more growth isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes the most powerful move is building something strong enough to grow from.

If you’re ambitious, purpose-driven, and looking for permission to stop hustling for the next level and focus on what actually needs to be built first, this one is for you.

  • What If You’re Being Too Realistic?
    2026/09/04

280 - When is the last time you let yourself really dream about what could be without immediately shutting it down with what’s realistic, practical or possible right now?

If you’ve been in a season of working, parenting, managing, providing and keeping everything moving, you may not even realize how little space you’ve been giving yourself to dream.

In this episode of The Intentional Mind Podcast, I’m sharing a realization I’ve had lately: I’ve been so focused on getting through what’s in front of me that I haven’t been dreaming the way I used to.

I reflect back on some of the things I once dreamed about that felt unrealistic at the time and am excited to share that many have now become an actual part of my life!

Not because I knew exactly how they would happen. But because I allowed myself to imagine them before I had the plan.

If you’re an ambitious working mom or purpose driven woman who has been carrying a lot, this episode is your reminder to make room for possibility again!

You don’t always need to know the how.

Sometimes you need to stop being so realistic long enough to ask yourself: What do I actually want? What would I love to be possible?

Maybe it’s time to prioritize dreaming again.

  • You Can Stop Rushing, You’re Not Gonna Miss What’s Meant for You
    2026/08/14

278 - If you’ve been feeling behind, unsure, or like you need to hurry up and make something happen, this one is for you.

In this episode of The Intentional Mind Podcast, I’m sharing a reminder about trusting the path you’re on, letting go of the pressure to get everything right, and believing that what is meant for you is not going to pass you by just because you didn’t move fast enough.

We talk about faith, timing, mom guilt, comparison, the words and energy we bring into our lives, and what it can look like to be more present instead of constantly trying to figure out what comes next.

I also share a few personal stories that reminded me how supported we really are, even when life does not go according to plan.

  • Don't Let One Message or Interaction Ruin the Rest of Your Day
    2026/08/06

277 - Have you ever received one email, text, comment, or piece of news that completely changed the energy of your day?

One moment can quickly become much bigger than what actually happened. Before we know it, we are carrying that interaction into our work, our relationships, our decisions, and everything that comes next.

In this episode, I’m sharing how to respond more intentionally when something throws you off, how to separate what happened from everything your mind starts making it mean, and how to keep one difficult moment from taking over the rest of your day.

Because you cannot always control the message that lands in your inbox, the news someone delivers, or the energy someone brings to you, but you can decide what happens next.

If you’ve ever let one interaction, email, comment, or unexpected moment steal more of your energy than you wanted it to, this episode is for you.
