Every class this week was full. Members are up on last year. And the month still comes in smaller. Not because anyone did anything wrong, but because of something nobody on the floor can see while it is happening.

A worked example, not a client. An unlimited membership is one hundred and fifty dollars a month. Twelve months ago one member on that plan cost you ninety dollars a month to serve: the coach's time, their share of the rent, the software and card fees, the cleaning and the kit. That is a forty percent margin. Then the coaches got a raise, the lease renewed higher and the power bill went up. Today that member costs one hundred and five. You did not change the price. The plan is running at thirty percent now, and at a hundred and twenty members that is twenty one thousand six hundred dollars a year on one plan.

The sheet is every plan and service you sell, up to twenty, three columns, and one rule. Forty five minutes on a Monday. Then four moves for every circled row: raise the price with notice, price the add ons, change the schedule, or let the plan go.
