• The Creator's Blueprint
    2026/09/13

You don’t need somebody else’s blueprint. You need the right Blueprint for you, your Solution, and what you’re actually trying to build.

In Episode 4 of The Inspired Solution's Podcast, we complete the foundational process:

The Leader → The Solution → The Blueprint

Once you know who you are as the Leader and what problem your Inspired Solution is designed to solve, there’s still one critical question:

    How should YOU build it?

This is where it’s easy to get distracted by everything the Creator Economy tells us we “need” — YouTube, podcasts, funnels, webinars, courses, communities, email lists, AI, personal brands, teams and automation.

    Those can all be valuable.

But they’re tools. They aren’t your Blueprint.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why copying someone else’s successful blueprint can lead you in the wrong direction

    • The difference between transferable principles and someone else’s architecture

    • Why you need to define what “success” actually means for you before you build

    • How to design around your strengths, capacity, experience and desired life

    • Why experienced leaders should build from the relationships, reputation, skills and intellectual property they already have

    • How your content fits into a larger business ecosystem

    • Why content should reveal the business — not become the business

    • How to build, test, learn and pivot without treating every adjustment as failure

    • The questions to ask when designing your own Creator’s Blueprint

    • How to pressure-test — and PROTECT — the Blueprint before you scale it

One of the most important principles in this episode is:

Principles transfer. Blueprints don’t always transfer.

Your Creator’s Blueprint comes third for a reason.

    The Leader informs the Solution.

The Leader + Solution inform the Blueprint.

And through every stage, we PROTECT what we’re building by asking not only, Can this work? — but Should we build it this way? Where could it break? What are we assuming? Does it protect the people we serve, the integrity of the Solution, and the capacity of the Creator building it?

Because growth doesn’t only expose opportunity.

    Growth exposes weakness.

That completes the foundation of The Creators Incubator:

Discover the advantages you’ve already developed.

Create the Inspired Solution you’re uniquely positioned to build.

Design the Creator’s Blueprint capable of bringing it to life.

Then pressure-test and PROTECT what you’re building.

From here, we start going deeper — into real Leaders, real problems, real Solutions, real businesses, nonprofits and ministries, and the assumptions and opportunities we uncover when we put ideas into the Incubator.

  • The Creator's Solution
    2026/08/26

Great businesses don’t start with products. They start with problems worth solving.

In Episode 3 of The Inspired Solution's Podcast, we move from The Leader to The Solution.

Because having a great idea isn’t enough.

An idea becomes a real solution when it solves a meaningful problem for a specific person — and when the solution actually fits the Leader building it.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why ideas are assumptions until they meet the real world

    • How experience helps you recognize problems other people miss

    • Why experienced leaders should stay with the problem before rushing to build

    • The difference between an idea and a true solution

Problem/Solution Fit — does the solution actually address a real problem?

Leader/Solution Fit — is this the right solution for you to build in this way?

    • Why clarity creates traction and complexity creates friction

    • How to define one primary problem and one primary solution

    • How your experience creates meaningful differentiation

    • How to pressure-test — and PROTECT — the solution before you scale it

Inside The Creators Incubator, we build in this order:

The Leader → The Solution → The Blueprint

    Your experience isn’t the product.

Your experience helps you see the problem differently.

The opportunity is to turn what you see into an Inspired Solution that creates real value for someone else.

And before we scale anything, we ask a deeper question:

Can we build it — and should we build it this way?

Because the goal isn’t simply to create something that sells.

It’s to create something worth scaling.

Next episode: The Creator’s Blueprint — how to decide the right way to build, deliver, and grow your solution based on the Leader, the Solution, and the business you actually want to create.

  • The Creators Advantage
    2026/08/26

n Episode 2 of The Inspired Solution's Podcast, we start with the first part of the Creator’s pathway: The Leader.

Before you decide what to sell, what content to create, or what business model to follow, you need to understand the unique advantages you’ve already spent years developing.

    Your experience has created patterns.

Those patterns have developed strengths, instincts, perspective, conviction and ways of solving problems that other people may not have.

    That’s your Creator’s Advantage.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why the business has to fit the Leader

    • Why starting something new doesn’t mean starting from zero

    • How to turn experience into advantage

    • Why YOU are part of the value proposition

    • How conviction shapes what you’re uniquely equipped to build

    • Seven questions to help uncover your Creator’s Advantage

    • How to pressure-test — and PROTECT — what you’re building before turning it into a business

Inside The Creators Incubator, we build in a specific order:

The Leader → The Solution → The Blueprint

Because the goal isn’t to copy someone else’s successful business.

It’s to discover and build the Inspired Solution that you, your experience, and your unique advantages have prepared you to create.

Next episode: Your Inspired Solution — how your experience helps you see a problem differently, and how to turn what you see into a solution that creates real value for someone else.
