The Inner Script is a podcast for highly sensitive women navigating life transitions that affect not just who they are, but how their body feels.

Hosted by Stephanie Baubie, Integrative Nurse Practitioner, this show supports women moving through identity shifts, breakups, burnout, career changes, and health awakenings where something feels off and familiar coping strategies stop working. Stephanie brings clinical training and lived experience together to help you understand how transition impacts the nervous system and the body.

At the heart of the show is nervous system regulation as a stabilizing force during change. You will learn how a dysregulated nervous system shows up during life transitions, why symptoms can intensify even when labs are normal, and how to begin nervous system healing through practical, body based tools. Episodes explore fight or flight symptoms, chronic stress, somatic healing, nervous system and sleep, waking up at 3am, and that wired but tired state so many women experience during periods of change.

Because the podcast is led by a nurse practitioner, conversations around integrative medicine are grounded and evidence informed. Topics include women’s health, stress and hormones, cortisol imbalance, perimenopause symptoms, natural sleep remedies, and best supplements for women without fear based messaging.
