Hosted by Stephanie Baubie, Integrative Nurse Practitioner, this show supports women moving through identity shifts, breakups, burnout, career changes, and health awakenings where something feels off and familiar coping strategies stop working. Stephanie brings clinical training and lived experience together to help you understand how transition impacts the nervous system and the body.

At the heart of the show is nervous system regulation as a stabilizing force during change. You will learn how a dysregulated nervous system shows up during life transitions, why symptoms can intensify even when labs are normal, and how to begin nervous system healing through practical, body based tools.
